Please fix the bugs. This app stopped working completely. I reinstalled multiple times and both the register and login buttons don't function. I've uninstalled & reinstalled four times. I can't even get in, muchless use it. This whole reason people buy the scale is to use this functionality. Fix your damn Defects please.
Was working until a few days ago when it stopped letting me login to my account. Without that access, the scale doesn't collect the data. It's now a dumbscale. Only displays weight but does not record it.
Have used it for years and no issues, but got a new phone, same as before just newer, and it errors. No links works, no fb log in, not able to log in by email, nothing!
I have used this app with my scale for over a year. Now it won't let me sign in and says check internet. I am so flustered, because I used it as a log for my weight loss.
The App is worthless and it won't connect to the scale. I can't register I can't skip the registration. Everything that it is supposed to be used for is worthless
This app has broken down to the point it can't be used at all, which means that most of the features of the scale can't be used either. DO NOT waste your money on this scale.

I was so excited to try the scale and app, but the app kept crashing constantly, even while I was doing the set up. If the app doesn't work, the scale is worthless
I haven't had any issues with crashing on Android 8.1. Ignore the other reviews and try it for yourself.
I have the S8, no issues with crashing. Scale can be used without the app. Accurate within about .5lbs based on my gyms scale. The calories, the muscle fat,and the water weight do not work.
The app works. Numbers on the graphs are jumbled making it hard to read. I haven't used another scale to determine how accurate this scale is.
I can not believe the scale recorded all my data in just a few seconds. I love the app and I love the scale. Thank you for this amazing product
Its plain.. some of the text on the app are over printed on each other like the code neefs to be re worked it does work with the scale is nice need to improve the app!

I am an iPhone user. When I purchased this scale a few months ago, it paired and worked seamlessly. It was love at first sight. But within a few short months, the app is no longer supported by the iPhone and so I set it up on my Samsung tablet. This is where the frustration and irritation really began and escalated when the app and the scale would not pair no matter what all I did. I want to return this scale for a refund. Don’t waste your money on this one.
