I've been trying to get wallet report from a certain time to certain time but this doesn't work totally. Can you please explain the reason or if there's a specific way to do this. Thanks

After updating, when I try to login it says ''Mobile not activated". It seems this app is no longer relevant.

I wrote a review yesterday but the app developers must have removed it! However I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to get the "virtual card" as of this moment after 2 days, I couldn't even open it. Just a question, and it's not only me but other reviews says the same, if this app isn't a user friendly why not enhance it! or remove it from the app store? why force it to customers?

It forces to authorize call service or exit the app. Every time you have updates, it is either update or no use of the app regardless on your data options e.g. cell or wifi. I wonder why.

Followed all the steps can't get past the confirmation code and can't load into the app after entering the otp!

I paid $10 and it expired without using. Even I chose non expiry bundle. I am in UK how will I call customer service of overseas number ?

Hllo. App developers I used to use this App the last two yrs. The last 3days there is problem i can check the blance but calling can not. Plz fix it as soon as possible. I unstalled and reinstalled still

This is nice and cheap app, but many things need to be fixed. It does not have bluethooth connectivity. I do not know if it is only me or it generally does not have it. Also duration is very limited. Like after 30 days it expires. That is ridiculous. Hopefully you will fix these smalls issues and it will be best app of all.

I had bad experience nowadays on this app. When I want to use the app it forced me to update each and every time.

All in one app that allows you to call back home at very cheap rate compare to roaming and unlike WhatsApp the other party does not need to have internet access which means you can also reaach fixed line numbers as well. Not to mention the accessibility to your finance any where at any time around the world. Well done guys it shows that we are at the forefront of technology when it comes to (Zaad) mobile money.

The app is good but you guys need lot to build up is more secure i appreciate that but don't take advantage 4 the poor pple expires date is very short time you should increase the time thanks

Since I updated lately it has been behaving abnormally n sometyms it just goes off .. calls keep dropping.. kindly fix it

The Waafi service is very much improving, I like it and I use it daily without delay. But I want you solve one issue which is when you use the service once for example you transferred succeaafully evc to somebody and when you want to send again to another person you must start again. It will be better if the service is accessible and active until I decide to log out for me as a customer to easily use it without loading the app again and again. I am not complaining but you need to improve it.

Good application and easy to use..

This app is definitely amizing! I've been using for about 7 months and I still using , very clear voice , connection is very strong . I can recommend anyone wants to speak to the country , the price is worth , not expensive it's good for your pocket "pay less speak more," that is the point! Get a hundered minutes jut for 5 Canadian dollar; It depends on your circumstance 5 dollar is hundered minutes ten dollar is 2 hundered ,carry on till 15 dollar , take your time by choosing one of these.

My waafi app is not working since 3 months. Whenever I put my pin number it says you cannot login

Features like call and chat are obsolete.few will use that feature. Focus on making a nice Main interface and adding more transaction related features. I suggest the 'Money interface screen' be the main screen of the app after login. Reach me out for FREE design suggestions

Generally, this is a great app and helpful. But when you want to know the past EVC+ transactions for a certain phone number, Activity Filter feature is not working at all. Please fix this issue. Thanks,

The app is amazing, but the bank statement feature is not working. It's not sending the statement to my email. The mini statement works; but the full statement (where u can select date ranges) is not working. Please fix this asap.
