Wabi: your online supermarket - Free delivery

First time i use it, because I saw on a ad that Wabi would give me a $80 pesos gift on my first order so I took it to see how it'll turn out to be. I order some things which was 75.50 pesos, 4.50 less then the gift they will gave me,and it it didn't applyed so I canceled the order I wanted to order some things to see if it was good, but not giving me the gift, it seems that the order won't be good then.

Several crashes and it can't connect multiple times a day. I have to force close and reopen. Too many push notifications per day (2, which is a lot by my standards. It should only be used on special promotions if you do not want me blocking your app)

Terrible. App doesn't show any store nor product!!!! Waste of time and data plan!!!!!! Click on store button on bottom left keeps showing that I got discount. I already know that I got a discount!!!! Click on make an order nothing happens!!!!!!

It says 2 stores available in my area. It only shows one. And when I try to click the app freezes. I waste more time on this app than going to the local supermarket.

At first I loved wabi... But then every order take more than one hour to be prepared.. Every time I tried to contact "the store" is the same number, even if it's a different store, I start to think that the phone number is "Wabi Customer Service", but every time I send a message or call, they don't reply or they pick up the phone and hang up on me 1 second later Worst customer service in an app EVER

Useless app, made an order and waited for 4 hours, merchant said still not receiving order in system, cannot make new order as the current one still due and incomplete. Wasted my time to use this useless app. Still have to pay cash to the rider, the app say payment as Credit/Debit card only upon arrival.

Utterly useless, placed an order and I just received a weird call from the store and the order never arrived. Save yourself a bad time and avoid this app.

I used Wabi in Lima Peru and it worked well. I ordered 7 items and they were all in stock. Arrived quickly. Will use the service again. I'm glad they accept cash because sometimes foreign credit cards don't work.

I'm not sure on how to pay after clicking confirm order because the payment method only stated via credit/debit card, but i want to make cash payment and there's no option for cash payment.

The idea is great, but it is hard to compete with rappi or ifood here on Brazil, and the app didn't find any supermarket near my home and wr have literally more than 10 around here...

Costumer Friendly App.. Very Good Service.. I love Wabi..

I just try it, and my very first experience was awesome, the store man provideme options, and he did have a very good cx service during the delivery and during the update chat... 5 star for Andres!

Useless app to use you dont have nearby stores yet you want me to order zero products displayed...just a wastage of bundles...why can't you tell people not to download the app if there's no any store around them

the customer service of the app, sucks. i did start a chat window, and you told me to wait until a representative attended to my chat. no one ever got to me, and then i got an automated prompt saying that I was inactive and the chat closed. that sucks.

The ads say there's McDonald's and other restaurants, but once you search for them on the app, nothing shows up

It doesn't let me create an account. Says the email format is invalid. What format should I use? Gmail is a no go.

Always saying that carriers are all busy. Been trying all day. You are going to write down that I send the complain over email. I write down to take this app down from the store

Keeps sending notifications about discounts on my 1st purchase. There are no discounts while trying to do my 1st purchase.

Worst app I have seen, shows nothing tap on the stores nothing happens, useless and waste of time.

Cant see final price in the app, nor can i see if the discounts are applied, so I'm not buying again until they fix that

Barely works. the orders are not delivered, they cancel them after 30 min of waiting.

The promotions are nice, but orders lasts so much, more than 2 hours always.
