Horrible. Customer service doesn't respond. I placed an order.. It wasn't confirmed for a day. I replied saying the time I was available. Now, I just received a notice that they are out for delivery now and I'm not home. No number to call... Only an email no one is reading.
Worst online market. No latest phones search engine is trash. It shows no results for almost any searches. There is a option for galaxy note 8 phones and there are only covers
this app never took order .it fails after all thr hard work of selecting the items and enter the credit card details and Authorize it.it simply says ' order could not be places.please try again' .such a stupid application. i tried many times and the app did not place the order at all.
There is no proper support for this app.. They will cancel the order without any confirmation and then there is no refund.. Have followed up with Wadi Team multiple times,in vain.. If there are less than 1 star.. I would have preferred that.
It is a scam, don't pay in advance, they will not deliver, and then just delete you account from system so you can't access it. Claim filed with police
it is fast delivery. the worst thing is that the items stated in the flyers buy one take one but actually it is not true. they just fooling people.
My order is not yet delivered until now....very delayed... Express is not true... According to the app It will be delivered the day after i placed the order.... Its been 5 days... Still not delivered
Cheater Wadi. Dummy deals. You book an order and they don't deliver for a week. After a week they cancel it. Simple, they use our money for their working capital management...they would have also invested the offer money received from customers (on a big picture - KSA level) and earned good amount of interest on it and then cancelled customers order and return their money. Smart way to fund your business.
I used to like wadi as selling an electronic produces. But now its all about grocery. Plz make an option if I would like Electronics or Groceries in entrance. and fix the Laptop option. When I press on it smart phones comes up.
The application shows only grocery related goods and products. No more electronics, fashion or any other products either in searches or display!

The wrong item that they delivered was change immediately after i inform them. They even let me keep the wrong item. Yey!

I cant have any access to the app since it says to install maf carrefour. Even after installation it still does not working
Wadi is a good site but the products price are not clear they are displaying one price but shipping time different price little bit confusing
I can't use the app unless I install Carrefore's. And even after I installed it, the wadi app doesn't work!
The app crashes after every transaction. You'd never know if the order was placed if the bank didn't send you an SMS. Also there was no notification of the older app being disabled and the new one coming. I had to check the play store myself after the app kept telling me "payment not allowed". Another issue is once you click the order placement button it takes you to the bank verification page which you can only see after zooming it out. Otherwise it's just a blank white screen. Fix the bugs!!!
