When setting up an account it asked tons of questions about my pet and all of them were required. I was also unable to opt out of text message ads when I was required to put in my phone number. Worst of all, when I tried to delete my account, it made me "contact support" which was one of those text message things, then when I figured out how to work that, it made me send a request or something. Super dumb and way too complicated to just delete my account.

The actual service itself is wonderful. The walkers and over night sitters are amazing. I use this service almost daily and have been a customer for almost 2 years. But the app has errors and locks up multiple times a day. I literally have to Uninstall and reinstall every day. If the makers of the app would just USE the app for a day they would see the myriad technical issues. I'm to the point where I'm considering switching to another walk service because the app is such a horrible hindrance.

Worst Tech Support Ever! I love my walker! And I love the thought of scheduling a recurring walk with the same walker. But if you have to cancel a single walk in the series, due to weather or pet illness/injury, you can't. No matter what you select, it cancels ALL of the walks and you have to set them all up again. App and OS up to date with excellent signal so not that. Tried to get help (all they have is chat) techs had no clue how to fix. Going to close account and hire my walker privately.

I passed the pet quiz. I'm trying to do my profile. I got through to writing my catchphrase. Then it just kept loading the catchphrase window. It was definitely the 50 characters because it was going to allow me to move to the next part. After I tried moving along 3 or 4 times I decided to start over. Nothing was saved from my previous entries. Now I have to go back and begin again. Irritating but I am going to try one more time because maybe it's my phone service and not the app. I will update.

Love the walkers. Very helpful and communicate well. The app itself seems glitchy but the service is wonderful. Occasionally someone has had to cancel last minute..most of the time they find a replacement..those days are a struggle..knowing sooner would help in planning..but things happen that can't be helped. This app is a slew of connection issues with walkers unable to accept bookings or things breaking right on the time of appointment. There's also a cancellation fee even though the app is so broken so it feels like you're just throwing money at the app and nothing works still. There's a lot of wonderful people working on there but I just feel sorry that they have to deal with app issues 100% of the time.

Can't even ask for help on the app. Email goes no where and instead of listing their number they have a call button feat. That goes no where for support. I've been using this for half a year. No one picks up your Job 75% of the time and if they do they won't come. Don't sign up for the membership they no support from the people who created this app and no way to get in contact with some one but a FAQ page. My dog has peed in the house several times with no one to show up. You would be wasting $

Terrible app, doesn't work half the time. Will abruptly close or never load a chat. Abruptly rematches you with a caregiver you didn't consent to. Overall very disappointed. I did like one of my walkers but she's unavailable now due to medical issues. Everything else about it has not been good.

I've been able to book walks successfully, chat message with walkers and trainers, and view articles. I've experienced multiple technical issues. 1) virtual training audio very poor quality. Trainer and I had to put the speakers up to our ears to hear each other, and therefore couldn't do visual training. 2) after giving the walker/trainer a rating and tip, the app prompted me to go through the same rating and tip screens again. Once, I was sent through the rating and tip screen 3 times.

Tried twice to get a service. To be clear I'm not in a rural area or anything, but still didn't get any service providers. Told them I wanted to cancel my lock box since I wasn't having a positive experience. They said "the lock box already shipped, tough luck. No refunds, it's in our service terms and policies." This company is not one I want to be involved in. There are better apps and responsive dog walkers out there.

I love the services provided and the walkers have been great but the app glitches so often and it is so frustrating to try and book services. It shouldnt take more effort and time to book the service than it takes for the provider to walk my dog.

Overall a great app and service, absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a dog walking service. Errors revolving around scheduling are not uncommon. Messaging with walker is a bit clunky and sometimes hard to notice when you have a message. I'm sure these features will be improved.

The app started great and then while away and trying to check on the caregivers and pups, the app logged me out. I sent a code to my email and when I copied the code and went back to the app and the app had closed and it keeps doing that. I cannot sign in to my account.

I love the service but the app is really glitchy, I can't get it to load if I open from a notification. But booking is easy and clear and every walker has been great. Looking forward to an update to the app to fix system bugs!

Love being able to easily schedule walks for my pet but there's a few bugs and lack of ease that keeps me from doing 5. Currently if I click on a message notification the app just loads forever and I have to close and renavigate to messages to seem them. Also for repeated walks there's no easy way to just skip one if needed and that's super annoying.

Update: This time a walker did not show up. Since she didn't complete the walk, I couldn't rate her. Rather than have her continue to do this to me (as has happened in the past), I politely asked her to not respond to any future requests from me for walking. I received three or more angry messages back from her. There is no way to report this to Wags. I don't think they want walkers like her representing their company, but how am I supposed to get that message across to them?

Beware of their new cancelation policy if you're a pet owner. Their old policy allowed for a pet owner to cancel a previously scheduled walk without a cancelation fee... as long as you gave more than 24 hours notice. Their new policy now is to charge you a $5 cancelation fee regardless of when you cancel. I could cancel a walk a month in advance, still get charged the cancelation fee, but the walker still has plenty of time to book a walk at the exact day and time of the canceled walk. Dumb.
