So far, so bad. Told by phone recently to install app and log in with existing details. For me and my wife the result is the same, user details not recognised. Even when thoroughly checked. And the password reminder system does nothing, no email received. So, locked out of the accounts. This is not acceptable.

Scam apps on modern world. You make deposit take 3 days top. But withdrawal takes more than 7 days. When use full withdrawal it will use your money to invest so the amount your request its different from the amount that have in your account. It will have less money in the account than the amount you requested. Total scam. Modern world scammer. Use investment to cover their scam.

Still having same login issue since yesterday. And it take forever to fix it. Already tried the suggestions (cleared the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled the apps, got a very strong and stable lines). And the saddest thing is I emailed to support team regarding this matter, just a cliche autoanswer 'request has been received and been reviewed by support staff'. Please Wahedinvest team, fix it !!!

I want to try it but how can that be possible if I cant even finish the Sign up process?, after Login it keeps asking me for the country, after choosing it and pressing the arrow button it redirects me to the campaign site, and thats it Im stuck here and cant even check whats the app all about

To deposit money into the account with DCA in mind, costs a lot with Wahed since for every transaction, RM1 is charged. StashAway does it for free. Luno does it for free. Versa does it for free.

Mostly loss due invest to local organisation like RHB bond or maybank sukuk. I thought adding fund to their lower percentage is the best time turn out I loss more. Why advice to something don't give benefits most of the time? Now Im stuck with the profile and had to open another one that only invest on ONE thing which is usa shariah and gold so I can easily read the patterns to invest. Wahed team need to enabling transfer from profile 1 to profile 2 for faster transaction.

So far everything is okay. Just a humble request or opinion, please get the minimum deposit amount down to RM50.00 if possible. there's a lot out there like me just started exploring more investment options with robos and are not having much money to start with. thank you

It redirects me to a waitlist when I enter my country. Mind you, I only downloaded it because "it operates in my country" . Then why do I need to join a waitlist and wait for it to be available?

Already updated to (2.10.1) But I can't login using secondary phone . Lucky my main phone using fingerprint.. fix this please .. Edited : problem solved. Thanks for fast action

I'm not able to login. It keeps asking for my country and then redirecting me to join the waiting list, which I have. 😥 countless times

I deleted my previous comment.im not so sure what is happening.but for the past 3months i lose money.shouldnt the bot buy stocks when it drops?and sell when its high?i see the graph keeps on dropping.even when the market is volatile i can still make a lot of profit manually

The account opening process was efficient and fast. But a week since, I am still not able to start funding the account. Have reached out to Support. Followed their advice to troubleshoot but still the same. Support is useless and time wasting. If its not rectified immediately, I will uninstall. Very unhappy.

Overall OK but if I were to suggest: Remove RM 1.00 charge for FPX & Autodebit. I've used other similar app and it's free for FPX & autodebit. Charging this fee especially if we want to do regular savings DCA is really a painstaking experience and worthless. It defeats the purpose of regular saving. Perhaps Wahed can look at its competitors and learn how they manage to provide the same payment service cost free for users. Lastly, it would be great to have more Islamic ETF options in the future.

I fund about 200 then my money keep decreasing, then I withdraw my money but nothing happen and my account balance is zero.. this app is scammed ! Don't download it guys !!

Downloaded the app, set up an account. Doesn't go any further than the screen where you add your email to get updates. Have to keep entering Country Name in the app. Probably not geared up for South Africa yet.

you guys are really not helping. Already email to wahed team m'sia about trouble on login but the advise is just to update,uninstall,clean chache all n all. I keep doing the same method few times:restart my phone,uninstall,reinstall the apps n so on..and still facing the same error message;'something went wrong pls try again' when try to login..urghh wht this??!

It really amazing you add thematic portfolio, but then again you don't have some important feature. I want too change my mobile phone number, but unable too do that & my request has been turn down every time. Should let the user/investor update their own mobile phone number. You better add these function anyway.😡

People says it good for long term. But day by day. The investment just drop with no profit. There is no investment, this is just failure.

The UI keeps getting lousier. Please make sure you improve it. The old UI is better where we can slide on the graph to see our progress but this one, since the graph is too small we cannot use the slider. Very sloppy. I would appreciate if you give us transactional buy price of HLAL in the app instead of us looking through the monthly statement. Thank you.

I already update the apps but still can't login. Hv tried several times in few days. Pls fix this ASAP. Tq.

Good app I used wahed for 1.5 years it got 19% returns in the duration. Bad part is they accept wire transfer only (may b due to some reason) but I have to pay some amount for every transfer that I make which discouraged me to invest further.

Full withdrawal will fail when price dropped on next day. It keep fail until you to withdraw small amount and have to keep some in the account to make it work. This apps is scam. Im not recommend this apps.

Since update today..always appear update notifcation..but then the notification still remain at the page that i can't see the chart..then i uninstall hoping that i can log in again but sadly i can't login anymore..and the message to update still appear on the log in page app

Sorry i just can give you a 2 stars only because of bad experience. I cant login about 2 days. I try different time to login but always showing "Something went wrong, please try again". Could you please specific the issue? Please fix the problem, tq.

I cannot use the apps for over a week now. Everytime I want to use it, it will ask me to update to the latest version. However, the apps cannot be updated at PlayStore.

Its been a month i withdrew my money, the transaction said complete but the money didnt go into my account. Already talk with the support team, no progress at all. Very upset

Fail to login. Hope for this app plz fix your problem or you will lose your cause. I have to look for alternatives
