Very slow and poor UX. Logs out each time, no fingerprint, very slow (api), incorrect numbers (comparing to web), sometime both web and mobile is incorrect. Also their portfolio managing is questionable. They could not invest my full funds even after a complete month. Need to go a long distance. 02/14/2019 Since their own fund, I've been losing money. As found not worthy, I've requested withdrawal of my funds. request made on 1/31 arrived but request made on 2/1 yet to come and shows pending. how come it takes 14 days to send funds to bank?
I have been reading other reviews that were promised from 2018 that fingerprint or a pin would be added but here is 2021 and I am having to put password in every time I come back to the app it's annoying. You guys do realise that the money comes in from the app and app is hard to use people will steer away from using your company
Horrible company. For starters you have to type your entire email and password every time you wanna log in. Really? It's 2028 guys fingerprint is a thing you know. Second, they hide their customer service line so you have to get really upset trying to find it because it's no where to be found on the app. You have to go to the website and no one answers anything. Third, I requested to withdraw my money out over 15 days and it still says pending.... Worst investing company out there
When I try to deposit funds, it asks me to delete my bank and reconnect it. When I try to reconnect, the app stops working and takes me back to whatever screen I was on before opening the app.
After reading the reviews, I came to the conclusion that it's a good start but there is a lot to be done for making this app really professional. Please developers, take things seriously. It's about money. Why is it so difficult for you guys to mention what payment methods one can use. Why do I have to register to find this key info. I wish you guys accept PayPal which I dont know if you do. But if you dont, I have sympathy with you guys because you are trying to do something good but dont know what really good is. A poor guy in comments is worried about his personal info being compromised.

The app still crashes after answering the first question of age... I thought this would be fixed with the update
Lot to be done to make this app better. I logged in and see my individual account but can't see option to see my ROTH account.
New plaid login service keeps crashing on my Pixel 3. They've reset previous bank logins but now can't even add my bank creds through plaid so 😒
Tried to sign up but received a "Usage Limit Exceeded" error after inputting contact info.
I keep having login issues on the first day. I had to change my password already and will possibly have to change it again.
Should be more options for sending money. Could be more professional and more secure.
First it keeps on crashing when i try to add funds and second why do you need bank account user name and password , when others just take routing and account number

They are one of the few investment apps out there offering a customer service phone number. They also reply to emails very promptly. I love the services I've been provided this far and would recommend their platform to anyone seeking to better their financial future.
The worst app ever, after they get your information then you can't log in and when you emailed them you go no where. I am worry about my information to be compromised

Signed up for Wahed to get the promo they were offering. Also wanted to try their platform functionality. So far, so good. Seems like an easy, ethical way to invest.

App won't let me create an account.
Purely as an app, it's missing some basic functionality. Everytime I leave and revisit the app after some time, it would ask me to sign in with email and password which is tedious. Would much rather prefer pin number or fingerprint. Also, I could not change my portfolio type from the app. All in all, I'm gonna stick with the website til this is updated. Sidenote: please please add 2 factor authentication. It will make users feel secure because it's physical impossible to break 2fa
