Wahlburgers

Updating after having figured out how to get past log in with Samsung Galaxy... You have to tab past password and see the green checkbox. Still inexcusable. After that, my nearby in-grocery restaurant can be favorites and shows online ordering, etc., but orders cannot be placed there. It would be really good if they fixed these well-reported issues. I cannot increase. My rating from 1 star yet.

Food and service were great, only compaint i have is in the app, regarding birthday, it would be easier to just enter it rather than scroll through years and years of calendar to get to the right date. (Especially for the older people) otherwise, everything was really good, will definitely go back!

It has not worked at my local wahlburgers since the end og March 2021. I email receipts and the error messages, but have not heard anything for 3 weeks. They have applied some points, but not that I am missing. The store has tried to enter the receipt, but it also will not work for them. There is very little in the way of customer service or follow up to see if it is working. I'll continue to eat there as the food, prices, and people are goid. But the CS needs some help.

When I looked at the list of locations, most of them don't allow you to order through the app. What's the point of having an app if you can't use it to place your order? I tried to call my location yesterday and it went to voicemail. I then went to the location and they told me their systems were down and I had to order through doordash. I went somewhere else.

Seems okay. I just downloaded it. The only gripe this far is when entering your b-day, you should be able to just enter the date instead of having to tap the back arrow on the calendar to cycle through decades.

Cant get my reward points. Ive scanned my receipt multiple times. It always says oops your points will appear in 24 hours or something like that. I did email support. They said someone would get a hold of me to help. Still waiting. Also the free points i received for downloading the app disappeared.

Amazing app, easy to navigate and use. Also tons of great treats and deals. I've been a wahlHead since they opened. I love the fact I have 2 different wahlburgers near by.

my first visit eas awful. service was poor. i joined the club. scanned my receipt and it was already scanned. why i dont know. waitstaff was arguing who was going to wait on us. we waited 5 minutes or so before our server acknowledged us. lots of visiting of staff at the food serving area instead of delivering food. no response from management when i emailed the issue.

Was able to create an account through the app, but it just "spins" once I try to log in. Can't use the app if it won't finish logging me in.

Good app, easy to use, would have given it 5 stars if I could use it at any participating location, I travel a lot and tried using it to get free tots at an airport location, O was told they did not accept it.

App sucks. Stuck on Loading for over an hour. Thought the app would be better but guess not. Waste of time downloading it and trying to use it. Uninstaller and reinstalling didn't help either.

I'm sure the app is fine, but singing up was a pain in the rear. I couldn't just enter my date of birth. I had to scroll back month-by-month to choose my date of birth. I gave up after 20 years of scrolling through 1 month at a time.

Didn't want to scan my receipt and when I manually entered it, it wouldn't count it because it said it was under a dollar, even thought it was almost $10. Weird.

Doesn't run without calling Facebook. Tried launching app and it hanged. Checked my network filters and found it's trying to make a lot of calls to Facebook. Why? What does me trying to get an overpriced burger have to do with selling my information to Facebook? I don't use Facebook.

Codes do not work when attempting to redeem. No response from Wahlburgers when I emailed trying to get points I had earned.

I can't scan for my rewards. Says it is invalid. No barcode on my receipt using those found on the boxes. Must say as big of a deal as people make of this place I am not impressed. Actually disappointed.

Did carry out this time. Food came fast, tasty and hot. Lisa was working the carry out area and she was just a delite!! I could go back just to be helped by her! Terrific experience.

EXCELLENT APP! Makes it super easy to order during COVID times. Timed orders are PERFECT for the 45 minute drive it takes to get there.

Downloaded and went through the set up process when i saw my local store was listed for online ordering. Wasted 20 min trying to order online. Finally called the store to ask them what i was doing wrong, and was told they don't support online ordering at that store. My business went to the restaurant next door that is up to date with this century.

Very disappointed. Staff was very pleasant but wished they would have called to let us know the order could and would not be filled as ordered so we would have had a chance to cancel instead of paying for for an entire order we could not receive.

First time ordering and called for delivery. Service was impressive! Jordan was great on the phone and that had to be the nicest delivery person i have ever experienced! Will definitely order again soon!😀

I love the app. I can see the menu, where Wahlburgers are located, I'm part of your rewards program and have purchased Wahlburgers merchandise on line. Thank you, Pam Batten

Entering the DOB was annoying that you had to click through each month to get to your year and you couldn't cancel that option once you started.

Most pleasant. Felt welcomed the moment we entered the building. The food was excellent as was the service. Missed my Heinz 57, but who needs it with a Wahlburger. GO GUYS!!!

Downloading this only because they have the Impossible Burger. I love that. And it's the only burger I eat there, also the Portobello sandwich sometimes. YUMM!

Good food. App will not scan codes and no way to manually enter a number. Keeps giving an error message.

The app is great. I love it! The problem is it doesn't work most of the time so I have to call in my order and then scan the receipt.

Great place to eat and hang with friends. Love the food, waitress is friendly. Front hostess needs a bit more training.

Most stores aren't putting a bar code on the receipt so I've been getting screwed out of 3 dinings a week for the last year.

Surprisingly Great The app is pretty easy to use and the food is really good. Service was also amazing
