Easy to use and reliable. Easy to configure. Frequent app crashes after recent updates. About half of the time, if I take a photo during my ride, I come back to the app and it asks if I want to start a new ride. Good speed app, but not reliable to record activities.
Awful. I use it as little as possible, it's the only interface that works with the Wahoo Tickr (never buying another of those!) and only use it for indoor cycling. It requires a split screen & the only easily visible measure is speed - which for an indoor bike is NA! Can't change layout to anything useful
absolutely rubbish app I use a TICKRfit to connect with this app it has never given me the same results twice and I'm not exaggerating. Most walks I will lose some of the distance I've travelled in my result or the average speed result differs greatly today it has told me I've walked half the normal distance at half my normal speed yet the route shown is as normal what's the use of the TICKRfit if it doesn't work with app ? I'll look for something better. And yes I've tried all wahoo advice
I use a Tickr X to record workouts. Several issues. 1) fixing the distance for a treadmill workout in the app immediately when completing workout, does not send correct distance to Google Fit nor shows in Statistics with correct value. 2) Statistics tab cards are in Metric even though Profile is set to Imperial. 3) Unable to edit Cards goals on Statistics tab (steps, distance, etc), it blanks the field and will not allow numeric entry.
Mediocre UI and instructions lead to whole wasted afternoon trying to figure out why my Blue SC was not saving the pair info to the app. At one point I thought the app bricked my Blue SC after firmware update when it stop pairing, which luckly was not the case. What the app does NOT mention, there is NO default profile. Create a profile is a must or else saving sensor will not work.
Since wahoo decided to advertise themselves and send multiple emails about some program I'm not interested in, my foot pod from Zwift says it's it's there but it doesn't measure any steps. The previous time I used it it, 2 days ago it was only measuring half of the steps.
Amazing app- displays, records, feeds back to Google Fit - and all for free. Niggle on Bluetooth connections but I think that is phone rather than app and even if it was - all for free so 5*!
Gps doesn't work sometimes. I run the same route every week and sometimes it records properly as it should. Other times it records only the time, but not the route and splits; only to the end of my road. I record on strava and wahoo at the same time now so and least I've got something to fall back on!
Bought the sensor pack to trial Wahoo products before investing further, glad i did as they are not worth a single penny. Sensors are no longer supported, but still register on the bluetooth connectors on the phone/tablet, the app is buggy and unreliable and the customer service seem to think blaming you for purchasing a year old product is more than sufficent reason for closing a customer service ticket. I am never going anywhere near one of their products again after this experience.
Absolute garbage. You have to use the app to pair and customize the Kickr components but it is entirely hit or miss. Sometimes the settings work, usually they don't. You can customize all day long, just don't expect it to work.
It used to work flawlessly, but now hangs frequently in the middle of a workout, sometimes when trying to maximize the app or check stats. What's going on?
So buggy. Been trying to perform a spin down for the last thirty minutes. Fmds the sensor. Doesn't get mph. Gets mph. Then hangs on initialising. Rinse and repeat. All I want this to do is connect and perform a spin down. All other Bluetooth devices turned off. Wahoo and app hard reset. Same useless story.
Since 17th Dec noticed more issues, the average cadence is always the same as max, exercise HR zone not the same as in Profile, the exercised map doesn't appear and the earlier wheel circumference setting can automatically change to a higher value during cycling still exist. Thus drop from 4 stars to 2. According to the update history, the app was updated 7 days ago so it means the new update is creating more issues. The map issue, also happened in hiking and other workouts with map. 1 star
Would like to customize sensor panel. Speed is front and center, but I'd like to make Cadence the focal point. Would like to see this compatible with Garmin Connect.
Not good, downloaded today for bike I bought with sensors, further research shows they took away Ant+ I cant pair either speed/cadence to bluetooth on my S8 via app. Both can be seen by my phone tho? As far as I can see it's not a one off problem. Good way to get new revenue as you have to buy updated versions.
Pretty easy to use with my tickr fit armband. I like the options for exercise and the ability to watch the metrics in real time with little delay. So far so good, I haven't had any problems yet
Excellent product. Got tired of moistening chest strap and chest (esp. early morning in the winter), washing and disinfecting, readjusting whole working out, etc. Decided to try the forearm band. Wow! It may not be as accurate as the chest strap but pretty close. The best part is the usage. Easy to skip on. No moistening. Easy to skip off and rinse. Long battery life. Reasonably good app. UPDATE: Excellent software update. Now announcement is restricted to active window.
Garbage! Bought a kickr core and pairing it was slow and clunky and annoying. Finally managed to after several attempts and managed to update firmware. Added the tickr and it will pair but refuses to update firmware... Disappointed as the kickr is a premium product
Hi there. Your app is great. I would even choose its straightforward design over that of more famous apps. Only... the weekly distance total is always off, which kinda defeats the purpose of having all these stats. If you could just fix that I would gladly keep using it or even pay for it, but for now I'm moving on.
