Excellent UI, very intuitive and easy to use. The customers at my restaurant love being able to see their place in line. My favorite aspect of the app is the web widget which allows customers to add themselves through our website.
Wish we could add ourselves to list instead of having to go in to restaurant to add ourselves to the list, and simply check in and find out if we wanted to wait or choose another! Wait time.
Great app! Super simple to get started with as long as you take a few minutes to go through the settings first.
I am not able to do payments through my Indian Visa card. That is the only drawback. Otherwise very useful app for restaurants.
Doesnt respond to my phone any longer. Have rebooted and updated both. Paying for service and it doesn't work any longer
This is perfect for the waitlist for my small business! Customer support is always quick to respond to emails as well.

App will not refresh at all. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app!!!
Tech support doesn't exist, got a call from someone our off the blue. Then got email yelling at me for not answering phone, saying"i called you within 2 minutes of your email". "There is no way you was on phone".Well i was on phone with customer, i wasn't the one emailing them, was my tech person. App and online is joke, nothing worked as promised, got threatened in email too. I posted it on my website. Just pay little more for much much better product & services!
It would be great to have an option to allow users to create a table map so that to provide an at-a- glance view of the assigned/available tables

Overall hated the app.
I use this app in a very busy restaurant seating about 100 people per hour. At a glance, we need to know if the party has kids, needs a high chair, requested a both or a table...and we were able to do so with the color coding before but now the colors move the name to the bottom of the list. We have also noticed a glitch by which it duplicates names every once in a while or simply sits down in the middle if a rush. When the app was working the way we wanted it was perfect but now its hit and miss.
Combine these 3 apk into 1 and would be a great apk
I do not own a restaurant, but I do go to the B&B Cafe in Castle Rock, Colorado. They use Waitlist Me. From a Customer's perspective, I absolutely love it.
