It's like the app designer was drunk. The birthdate field is a pop-up calendar where you can only go backwards ONE MONTH AT A TIME. That means 216 taps later, you can get past that screen since you have to be over 18 to continue. When you try to use the camera to take a photo of your driver's license, it cuts off the edges because it's a no-reason square crop. This ain't Instagram, WTH. After all that, you are told this is a $45 service. Does my insurance cover it? Idk. Do I hate this app? Yes.
Fantastic!!! Installed, setup/signup, confirmed account. Had to drop off of wifi tho. It didn't like wifi, but worked flawlessly on data. Took about 15 minutes for the doc to see me. Cheaper than in person and didn't have to leave my home. Excellent! This is how some modern medicine should be!
Excellent service. Far more cost effective than Dr+ which charged me double the price. Had to wait a few minutes before seeing the doctor. But received excellent care thereafter. Was seen by UNC certified physician, Dr. Park. Had to update password for app to work. Developer could improve the app by making the wait-screen more user friendly and intuitive by perhaps inserting updated timestamps to show that app is indeed waiting on doctor to get to me...and that my status in queue is active.
Took a great application and made it terrible. At one time the application work and I was able to print instructions in a PDF format. Now, there's no way to print anything from the application. So, forget about a doctor's note for your employer. Need something to present to your employer go elsewhere.
Does not work first try. At all. Just downloaded and setup an account in order to schedule an appointment. App tells me to install the latest version. I just downloaded it from the app store and there's no way to do that.
It Sucks!!! I waited almost 3hrs and still saw no one lucky it was minor issue.. they really should discontinue this website promises 30 minutes thats a lie and the should not charge your card until the visit is over!!! You be better off trying a different virtual provider im sure there are more sufficient ones.. wakemed sucks for this!!
Could not get the calendar for the birthday to let me put the year I was born in unless I went through all the years. I'm 51! That is a lot of years to scan through.
Fast, covienent, and great for simple health issues which need prescriptions. I go to the Dr. In my recliner! Highly recommend!
I can't reset my password! This ap is so frustrating
They say it is a flat $15.00 today. When we got to the end it would have been $45.00 that doesn't seem right.

Terrible. Constantly times out while waiting for a doctor, forcing you to go back into a queue. Seems to charge you $$ each time you attempt to connect and not after a successful visit. Was finally called over the phone but the app still had me in a nonexistent video call after completing the phone call with my doctor. Can't see any doctor notes or summary due to being stuck in the video call, even after closing the app. There is also no integration with My Chart (another service / app). Skip.
