The website is down quite a bit and it's very inconvenient to access your account. The app needs to be updated to allow for the consumer to do much more than what it currently offers.
I love this bank!! Been a " Loyal Customer" for several years. The customer service is simply out - of this world! Definitely, would recommend this bank to friends and family.
Sucks just like the bank. Check your statements often, they've shorted me hundreds of dollars on deposits and always claim computer error.

Love this app! It has been great. I don't live close to any of the bank locations (2 1/2 hrs away). It is super far away and it's helped a lot with when I get reimbursment checks from work. BUT and I PRAY that someone who works on this apps sees this, this new update I noticed around may/June of 2018 has completely jacked the mobile deposit option. It won't focus on my check like it previously had. So now I'm stranded...
The newest update is a massive improvement, making it as easy to use as my other banking apps like Ally and Bank of America

This used to be a fantastic app...now with update it doesn't work...I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times...very disappointing..i used to depend on this app to watch my debit transactions...i hope they fix it quickly but i won't be back until they do

This app is total garbage. They never let you when they are updating their system so your f*ked. I like the local branch I deal with but the app is trash
