Doesn't refresh like it use to, very slow and becoming a nightmare to go on sometimes, deleted all my bookmarks that I had saved, when it logged me out, and some of the stories are so old, it's like reading history books...

For some weeks now, I have been getting alert notifications,but cannot view them on the actual app.The circle just goes round and round..... Sheer waste of time.This never happened previously. Please correct this fault asap.

Fed up with constantly having to update the app, last updated on 08.04.22 then being told to continue using app I need to update again less than 2 weeks later, it's ridiculous. This has been happening a lot this year with this app.

I like the contents but the app keeps closing whenever I click on an article now Update, you got it working properly for a while but now it keeps closing again

The app takes SO LOOOOONNNGGGG to load that it is not effectively useless. Get it sorted guys or just take it down completely. Right now all it does is make me angry each time I check to see if there's been any improvement only to find none at all. Sort it out guys!

I'm an American who has visited Wales twice and cannot wait to return. I enjoy reading about what is going on in Wales currently. This online news site has more culture stories than I anticipated. Wish the stories were a little more in depth. Thats why I rated it 4. A 4.5 would have been have been the actual score. Look forward to reading every day. Ta!

Poor quality app with excessive ads on all videos which are often clickbait anyway. Plus the comments section is overrun by idiots and doesn't work very well

Doesn't update latest news correctly on Samsung S21 Ultra since software update.. it just spools .. have to go into the app close then reopen in settings ..way too long

Constantly crashes. App just closes down. No other app on my phone does this. I've given up on it

My favourite news app, although I've found it does seem to drain battery in the background. I've had this problem on several different smartphones. Also it's been crashing a lot lately.

When clicking on a notification for the app, you cannot then find that story! They vanish! Pointless! Really bad design and layout as you cannot find what you are looking for even after selecting what you want to see. Will be uninstalling as its pointless

I find it very irritating when a breaking news time item is flagged up and then I can't find it!

I'm only giving it 2 stars as when I go to view a video clip it comes back saying error, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same 🤔.

Keeps locking me out, asking to login. Have to go back to get anything to load! Argh! Not worth the effort.

Gets a point for generally good news stories but the comments section (which has now been locked) is/was very irritating. You start typing, touch any other part of your screen and it disappears. If you type certain "key words", the comments disappear, press return on your phone, they disappear. Some of the spelling and grammar is atrocious as well. Shame as originally it was a really good app with great stories but the coverage of covid etc was dreadful, scaremongering, and very left wing.

I find this app. very up to date with local (Welsh) affairs. Which is more pertinent to me than what is happening on another planet. I use this app at least once everyday, so that in some cases can I can plan my movements, journeys experiences. In all a very use end helpful app. My only gripe. The adverts can be a little intrusive.

Great stories, awful software, worrying terms and conditions. Notifications of comments arrive by email, but the link doesn't take you to the comment. Loading comments takes *ages*!

Good honest reporting. Up to date information. Concise and easy to understand. Well done!

Pathetic app goes backwards with every update, takes an absolute age to load up comments.

Not working since last update. Reported a week ago. No response.

When you have notifications and press on them they don't go to the story

Great for stories but everytime I go to comment I get a fault and am in logged out status which is pointless

Excellent, only on the rarest of occasions does the content not play. Unlike many of the big name news sites. Always interesting and current.

Was bad enough before update but worse now as comments are taking forever to load even when there are only 5 or 6 comments it still takes ages. Shocking since we are in 2022 and Internet loaded faster in 2004 on an old gprs connection.

Why am i suddenly receiving messages saying the app is unable to sign me in at the moment but I can continue to read the posts. Please sort it out.

I find this app frustrating to use. I receive notifications on my phone for articles I'm interested in but they often don't open in the app. It's also quite heavily loaded with advertising and slow to load articles. It could have been so much better. Here is an example What Cardiff City Centre looked like on the first day... so I click the link, the app opens and ... nothing. Spinning disk. Rubbish. If you keep sending me links which don't work I'll have to turn off notifications for the app.

Love Wales Online. We live in Nottingham but it keeps us in touch with hòme, particularly latest news and rugby.
