The app works sometimes. During live Fiji Rugby Games that's when the app is useless. Why create an app when it doesn't function 100% as expected too. Crashes everytime, buffering takes forever and picture quality is pathetic. Best part is the sound. If cannot improve the app it should be closed and stop misleading the people.

Very poor performance on app, not able to load anything especially during any live events when majority of people would be using this app etc. Response is provided to check with ISP for internet issues. ISP end is okay and internet is perfectly working, zero issues. The walesi app freezes, unable to load at all. Tried several phones. But as soon as live event finishes such as a super rugby drua game, it starts working. Please fix it!

Very poor performance app. Right now, I can say that this is a piece of garbage and useless. 🙄 When we want to watch something it works fine but actual Fiji games like sevens, it just loads and loads. My internet connectivity is good and this app takes forever to load chanels 😒. Please try to get these basic stuffs fixed then advertise it. 🙏🤨 I really hope that the developers are really working on to something....hopefully. 🗣😑

I use this walesi app all the time cause easy and accessible wherever I go but for the past month's walesi app does not work at all. It's just 100% not working. Every time I open the app it load and hear voice next sec screen goes black and that's it. Really very frustrating indeed. Please walesi fix the problem. I have tried so many times to uninstal and than install again but still the same problem really don't know what to do. Most of the time it says check your Internet connection... .

App doesn't seem to load anymore. I'm wondering why when I could load it before I went to Fiji & was living in Vanuatu. Had no problems in Fiji but I'm back in Vanuatu & it just won't load at all. Kindly asking developers to explain what the problem is because I'd still like to be able to watch the news & programs I was watching back in Fiji. Otherwise this app is really quite good in my opinion. Thanks for your time & I look forward to hearing back from someone about the problem I'm facing.

Play store should make a garbage category and use this app to promote it. It keeps telling me there's something wrong with my internet but there's nothing wrong with it😡😡😡😡 App description says "high quality digital"; the only high quality is the amount of time it wastes loading only to tell me it's my problem that the app is not working.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hopeless app. When you really need to watch live tv, it does not work. I have full 4G+ network but this app works for a short while before it starts buffering and eventually crashes.

such a hopeless app...the developers aren't doing anything to improve the app....just a waste of time and data .so many Fijian people rely on watching games on this app but all what's happening is just loading n loading....( my network isn't bad....) do something about it

It use to work just fine but this morning it kept on saying that there's an error while I was trying 2 log in using FB Pliz look in2 this

This app cannot handle traffic at all, useless during rugby games and others times as well. Yet no actions have been taken to resolve this, the developers couldn't care less. Hopeless app.

Don't know what is wrong with this app. I trying to sign in 8 times and it kept saying that my password does not match with my email. Im sick and tired of this App.😡😡😠

Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times now, tried to log in via social media account and it shows me an error.. when I try to sign into account, it tells me I'm registered on social media.. So basically I cant get on.. Is there some glitch?!?

Nothing was wrong with the app last night, but this morning it could not open and the displayed message was, and still is "Whoops! List is empty". What does that mean when the internet, data, and my smartphone are all OK? I've unistalled and re-installed the app but the same thing happened. Is there a fee that I have to pay?

Useless app. Before once you click on the app, you have the options. Now you are required to log in. Can't log in

I wouldn't even give 1 ☆ but u can't post it without giving a ☆....I mean what's the point of this app when it doesn't work when you want to.......Especially when we wana watch Fiji play.......RUBBISH......

Hardly works during Fiji games. Not a good experience. They need better programming...

Seems like walesi app server is overloaded.......takes forever to load....after any live events then it loads...during live events it will load.. please have this escalated to technical team....

This app is hopeless most of the time is taken up buffering and when phone gets offline it affects walesi when online again. Most of the times it says "list is empty". This app needs to be improved. The worst part is when you really need it especially when watching the games away from home .... the app just continues to buffer till the game ends. Very frustrating.

Login Error I am not able to login the app was working fine days earlier. Developers how can this be fixed?

Garbage app. After registering, I can't even log in again. It kept telling me that the username and password does not match. I tried signing up using another email, then it said that the connection might be bad. But the connection wasn't bad. So I gave one star rating to post this up. But really, this app deserves no star at all.

When i wanna watch live fiji games especially sevens rugby matches this is the worst app to rely on... certainly worst than garbage 🔥🔥🔥

App keeps loading when live matches are shown. Please upgrade on this...
