No support for Samsung Health. No support for Strava. If you don't have a FitBit device or want to carry your phone everywhere, this app is completely useless. So, i get no credit for my work-sponsored health program, or I have to carry two devices, or tell my wife "thanks but no thanks" for the beautiful watch she gave me. Also, you can't see even a small percentage of the info on your dashboard. Please step up your game and pull yourself out of 2012.
I connected this to my Fitbit and it's been working fine until 2 days ago when the app wont sync with my Fitbit that is working just fine. it keeps telling me to download my steps but I can't find anywhere to do that? About ready to delete this app!!
I have been trying to delete my account and data off this app and website and it's not working. The support page is down, no contact us link, and they keep spamming my email even though I unchecked all boxes for notifications. DO NOT INSTALL.
Will not sync unless I open the app several times a day. This app has become practically useless as a tracker for an otherwise good program.
can not change fitness tracker. every time i try and change to fitbit or garmin the screen just scrolls back to the top. so frustrating, my fitbit is now useless please fix the website
I walked 3 miles one day and it recorded zero steps. This is an ongoing issue in spite of the updates. I am about ready to uninstall thr app.
I'm having difficulty with it using my Samsung Galaxy S8+ step counter. It wont sync with the program.
not supported by Samsung, it has minimal features and constantly have to check the website for updated step count and points

This stupid program is driving me crazy
I like this but wish that you could make to were we can be in two derbies at once. would be really awesome. That way I can be in a derby that a friend makes and a derby that I make. Sometimes I join derbies before my friends make derbies and once I'm in a derby in cannot join another one. Would be awesome to be in 2 derbies at once for my fun and competition
the app is still crashing and not syncing my steps even after updating app
I like it, but I wish they had a force sync button. Or a swipe down to update the information. You want to see your present progress but it's not syncing to your device, and there's no way to force sync.
