Wallapop - Buy & Sell Nearby

Wallapop is a really helpfull platform. I could find many items already and sold once as well. I particularly like the proximity button to find items in our area. Makes transaction way more practical. I regret categories are not precise enough. The chat is having issues with undelivered messages for example. As often people don't answer, we would save time with a call option which doesn't exist on the app. An overall satisfaction with a user experience which could be improved

One of the most un-user friendly apps I have ever come across. I cannot add items for sales because it does not find all photos stored on my phone, even though the permissions are set correctly. The listing category vanishes half way through adding listing, causing me to cancel and start again. More thought and user testing needed.

It's a great app to sell stuff. Easy to publish ads but a bit more complicated to find stuff on the phone. Works better on the computer for searches. Still a good app. The only issue as I'm from the canary Islands is that I can't send or receive stuff through post. But I understand why.

Brings people together in a more personal and local way than other online shops. It did take a few tries to sync the app with my user on another device. Also it might be an idea to provide a template for tech ads so sellers can give a complete description right away.

Great Platform, well designed! For me only for in-person sales, as I cant get shipping-verified; inirially I couldnt contact wallapop support if something was wrong (...no link to ask support in any form,only FAQs) ..now they wrote the correct way here, thanks. Apart from that it is awesome, especially as you can copy/paste messages to translate (which the main competitor doesnt support - same applies to working push notifications, which is crucial for communication) Wallapop is simply great.

I'm an android user and lately I'cant reserve or unreserved items on my profile, it's been going on for a week now. I'cant sell an item because I cannot unreserved it after a failed negotiation with a buyer. I've already reinstalled the app several times and still this problem persists. Please look on to this matter. Thanks

Wallapop is great to give your stuff a second life. The App itself usually works well, except for occasional errors or delays in responding (i.e. delay in receiving incoming messages from buyers).

Absolute waste of time. Nearest item... Spain? All items are from Spain. Even the listings are in Spanish.

Great for finding secondhand stuff, loads of offers of all sorts. Sometimes the search includes off-target results and it would be good to have more control over the area for searching, in my case 10Km is too small but 50Km is too much.

Lately, the app has a lot of bugs. Getting frustrated with it more and more... The search bar doesn't give any results while I'm confident, that those items I'm looking for are available. Sometimes chat ain't reachable as well. You have to wait for while till it get back to normal. IT departament should fix this stuff asap.

The idea of wallapop is great and I've sold quite a few things but the app fails constantly in various different ways. It stops responding often and sometimes you can't upload a new item. Once the messaging service wouldn't connect just when I met the person, luckily we had swapped numbers.

It is a very nice app, very secure and efficient. However, the messages aren't sent sometimes and it takes a long time for them to be sent.

Sometimes there is problems with the system and it gets stuck... Other wise I think it's great

Today 5/02/22 WORST THAN BEFORE As of 2/03/2022 all the App. Does is freeze or crush. I stand by my previous review that is a great interchange app that get sellers and buyers more close. The only thing is that if buyer buy something and seller changes his/her mind. Buyer has no chance to leave a feedback, but on seller side he/she does. And that is not right. Also, on selling items is good to have "Buy it Now" Make an Offer" ect... Good luck are doing a good job, thank you.

So far so good. I'm glad there's an easy way to buy good quality, used things. The searches are easy as well as contacting the people. Very recommendable app.

I can't log in to the app. It keeps on saying: Ooops, something went wrong, please try again. I try again, and I get the same, over, and over, and over again. It's so frustrating

I'm leaving 4 stars because it's a bit complicated changing the price when a buyer makes you offer. I've had to relist the item every time

Customer service support are non responsive, I have waited 7 days for a refund on a sale that was cancelled by the vendor and haven't received it, customer support has responded to any of my messages. I'm in limbo

Easy to use and doesn't consum much data and power. I haven't had problems so far. Only with some sellers but I guess you have to learn how to deal with them

The Best App... Very Authentic...I love it and Suggest it... My only suggestion is, need to allow auto translate or copy... So that person can copy it and paste to google tenaslate and understand (Especially for non Spanish speakers - Foreigners)... Thanx

I made a new TV shipment to a buyer and after delivery, thanks to SEUR the shipping company, the TV is half broken. The buyer has reported it with photos and it's been 48 hours without any reply. It will be nice if Wallapop takes responsibility to solve this.

Doesn't allow to upload image from gallery for a product. Forces me to use the camera and have the object in front of me so it is useless. Complete waste of time.

App is very slow, full with errors and very phone resource consuming. Crashing and working very slow.
