THE MOST NONSENSE APP IN THE WORLD! Yes, I understand that I'd have to verify my account for security purposes, but it's funny how this verification doesn't stop funds from going into the account, stops it only from going out. Considering, I had tried to verify my account severally using all the requested credentials, to no avail. Then there's the issue of fluctuations in network connectivity, asking me to connect to the Internet when I already am. I'd give it zero star if I could.

I shouldn't need otp to login to the app every damn time! Your app literally asks for otp everytime, makes no sense. You may argue that it's for security, no, that's way overboard. I can't deal with having to wait for email otp everytime I want to use the app. It's nonsense

Most annoying app ever, no app has ever made me go through much troubles like this, I just had my account opened yesterday and I'm unable to login saying incorrect password. Clicked on forgot password, input my email, directed me to my email, instead of rectifying the problem, it only directed me to sign in page again. I had another account opened this night, it has exactly the issues I had yesterday, no one has good thing to say about your app. If there was zero star, I would've added it.

I found it very terrible when I need to make transfer the app will stop me from making transfers by reducing daily limit from 1m to 500k and to 250k. And the customer support line doesn't connect at all. The support email also will continue to refer me to phone line. Its so frustrating using the wallet.

It will be great to know an alternative to WalletsAfrica because each random time there's a need to complete some transactions, they are in the middle of putting out some fires. First time I'm looking at the app review and it's wall to wall -ves. Not good at all.

Very terrible experience using the app. I couldn't rate this app badly enough. I would have rated it zero but there is no way. From start to finish. Cool User Interface but Bad customer service, Terrible charges. Lost some money in the process. I do not recommend!!!!

I make use of it due to its virtual doller card. The layout and ease of access of the app isn't the best but its OK. My problem now is I formated my phone and I haven't been able to login for days now. Tells me to check my Internet connection. I still can't login and I have funds in my account. I wanted to request a physical card but it kept failing telling me to try again later

Everything works smoothly, haven't had any issues since using the app, except the customer service may take a bit longer to respond to messages but other than that, it's all good. Can't understand the reason for all the bad reviews

I personally love the ease to using this app. The transactions are quick, and easy to carry out, and everything I need to do on the app is easy to find and accomplish. The security is reassuring as well. Their customer support is also really helpful. Overall, I advise everyone who wants to escape the stress of traditional banks to get this app.

Totally Disappointed! Each time I try to login, I have to input an otp sent via email. It's freaking me out already. When I even copy the otp, and click on the app screen, it restarts and I have to do this over and over again! This is a nightmare!

Can't sign-in. Says your device date and time is inaccurate on the app and on their website. Definitely my phone date and time is correct. Definitely it has to be from your end as it is happening on your website also. Rectify this please. Without doing anything from my own end, it was rectified. Obviously it was from their end. Get your act right

If you're going to make it that every time someone leaves the app the person has to get an otp from his EMAIL then please can you also make it such that if someone presses the back button after editing profile page or something, the app shouldn't automatically exit.

I'm highly disappointed. I was introduced to d app by a friend,and I opened an account. The next thing is that I can't login again.I learnt my account was blocked for no reason. I have not done any transaction on the account. I sent email to support, nothing was done.

If there is -1 star, it could have been the highest rating for the app and it's services. The dollar card is not working on any payment platform. No quality customer support or good service. Just fraud and scam!

I wish this is an organization i could walk into and just give its staff some interesting slaps! Common! Transaction will be pending for days after debit, you can't even guarantee one successful transaction. Always one problem or another. I can't even withdraw from my dollar card. So faustrating and useless! Even the customer care are just too slow and poor!!!

Not.seemless. It's taken over 24 hrs to verify my documents now. I was able to find my wallet but I cannot transfer out of the app because my documents are not verified. Pure waste of time and resources.

I am able to login into my account but no money in my account. Where is my money? Edited: This app is a fraud, my #49,000 since 16th of December 2021 is still missing from my account, the sad part is that there is no phone number to call, they do not respond to mails as I have send zillions of mails to them and also contacted their social platforms, still no response.

I'm increasingly becoming uncomfortable with the service. First I was asked to upload a valid ID, which I think was unnecessary. Subsequently, I was asked to enter my BVN before making any transactions, including buying air time. I've just activated an account and transferred some amounts into my wallet, but I'm already becoming uncomfortable

I downloaded the app and tried to fund my account on 18th July, I got debited and my wallets account did not get funded. My bank confirmed the transaction was successful, yet wallets does not show the funds in my account. And the worse part , there is no provision on the app to contact support. All the icons for that are dummies and does not show anything when you click on them. I will totally say this is a no. Nothing seamless about lack of customer service and rip offs.

Customer support or the Live support is very very slow in retifying issues. It takes them almost an hour to reply and then takes them hours to fix the problem. This is very bad. Please try to attend to customer quickly because nobody will want to deposit money into an online wallet that the customer support takes like for ever to retify any issues that comes up with customers account. The One Star is for the Live Support.

The app crashes while funding the wallet. I think this should be fixed. After inputting the amount to fund the wallet with, when you go past the card details page, the last page (with fund summary) doesn't have an amount displaying just the Naira symbol. After accepting, the app crashes.

This app is full of bugs and a lot of obvious problems. The bank wallet that was assigned to me was suddenly removed without notice (they claimed they notified me but I got no notification). I funded my BTC wallet sent BTC out, it has been in pending state for hours and the recipient is yet to receive it. Please, if you value your peace of mind please don't use the app. It's utter garbage. And please refund my money because this is beginning to look like a scam.

I love the App it so easy to use no stress and it Less Data.. i can send and receive Money into my wallet expecially when i sent BTC tho it take about 2-4min.. Before receiving BTC.. 💰"But i have never❎ experience any difficulty or some technical ⚒issues in the App like seriously i love it 💯%👍 i hope they would be a New version which we can Receive USD 💵💰into the App.. Used to be an OK app but has degenerated so much since this Covid19 period. Funding account with dollar is problematic.. It does not work sometimes especially at night. Also their dollar rate is excessively high even more than the parallel market rate. I do not think this is a forward thinking customer friendly app in my opinion. There are better apps out there. Thanks.

I have a very big issue with this app. The verification process to be specific after taking the picture it keeps saying my photo is not lit enough. I have stood under the sun, used flood lights but it keeps saying my photo is not lit enough and the support is always offline. Pls i need my account verified asap i have funds in there I want to take out asap.

First it was an uphill to get account verified even after uploading all Documents required. Now I can't make a transfer, I can't request for a card and my cash in the wallet is just locked there. This is one of the worst online wallet I have used. I wanted to make it my main business transactions portal but I pray I can get the money in my wallet out and delete this app ASAP!

In addition, assisting with payments methods and various sponsors concerning Wallets Africa- Seamless Digital Transactions.

Very terrible app! They've refused to revert my money for days now! They left me stranded! They keep making excuses and they dont even solve your problems. it's from one problem to another with them! I have been stranded for almost 2 weeks now, they keep telling you 'we are working on it' while they are doing absolutely nothing! You cant call their customer care support line! They are not fast about solving any issue! If you need money for emergency, you're on your own! They wont come through!
