– The "Wallets" expense manager –
The idea of the "Wallets" expense manager is to keep your personal finances in separate wallets. For example, you may have a "Base wallet" for your living expenses, a "Cash savings" wallet for your piggybank, a "Loans" wallet for your loans, and so forth. You may easily transfer funds between your wallets.
– Drilling down in expense and income categories –
In the "Wallets" expense manager, expense categories can be detailed up to three levels! Say, you want to keep track of what you spend on food. You can split your "Food" expense category into the subcategories: "Food –> Healthy food –> Salads" or "Food –> Sea food –> Salmon". You will then have full statistics on each expense subcategory.
– Fancy looking icons that meet your every need –
In the "Wallets" expense manager will provide you with a huge number of icons so that you can easily find one for any of your expense or income categories.
– Using advanced filters –
With filters, you can find your expense and income transactions based on any search conditions. For example, you want to display all transportation expenses you had when traveling, say, to Cyprus. To do this, just add a filter "My Cyprus trip," specify a period for it, specify a "Travel –> Transportation" expense category, and save the filter. Then just apply it to the records list, and you will get only those records that you are interested in.
– Backing up your personal finance data –
At any time and for free, you can obtain a file in which your personal finance data is stored and then import it to the "Wallets" money manager on another device!
You can also export your data to a table that can be opened either in Excel or Google Sheets.
– Using world currencies –
Using world currencies will be handy, for example, if you like traveling abroad.

Love, love, love this app! I've used several money managing apps so far and this one is my absolute favorite. Love the option of selecting your custom image for wallets, all the graphs and the calendar showing how much money I spent/received each day and also the simplicity and ease of use. It would be great if there was an option to see the summary of expenses/income by wallet - right now I've set a filter to see the transactions, but it doesn't calculate the amounts. But great work all around!
Downloaded it yesterday, for now it's all I need. A lot of features, no ads, customizable. Seems really nice. Upd. So it's been a year since I started using this app, and I just love it! You can set as many income and expense categories as you like, it requires no sync with your bank account, for me it's an advantage. Unlike the other app I used, it didn't erase all the data from last year. Would be nice if you could create subcategories in the shopping list as well, but it's just a thought.
❤️ I tried 25 expense manager apps and found this one the best. Reasons- Free, Adfree, Can add unlimited accounts/categories, Can back up to device and drive, Can transfer between accounts, Can show expenses in Charts/Pies, Can add preset filters. If it adds three more things it would be a perfect app. First, scrolling across the entries in "Records" tab lags. Second, it should auto backup to google. Third it should have the option to add a picture of reciept. Respect to the developer. ❤
I am impressed with the design and appearance of this app. It is logically laid out, with a lot of thought put into its design. The graphic interface is clean and well laid out, with good use of colour. Also the user customisation features are very useful and the categories can be added, deleted or changed to suit individual needs. The export function works well.
The ability to customize and choose icons and reorder them with subcategories was terrific! Excellent idea! If I can make a suggestion, the records can be separated by date so it can be sectioned. Also, when adding expenses can you have a history/most used feature so when I click on the category/subcategory it shows my frequently used? That would be so helpful like when you use grab it shows you the usual places. Edit: Taking photos of receipts is also a good feature
I really love this app. If I can give it 10 star I will do it. It is more organized than any expenses tracker app I downloaded. I'm using it almost a year. The data I needed here to categorize my expenses are available, with date, with pie graph and etc... I hope it will be developed more in the next update like putting other colors in the pie graph, add a budget maker where you can put an amount of money that you want to spend for the particular things, like budget for fuel and etc...
I request the developer to provide the travel mode, it is very necessary thing to have on budget app. Do provide the Dark mode. Pure dark mode. It enhances the user interface and convenient to use. I also recommend the developer to give the application a minimalist look. User interface is very important. I have come to this app with a lot of expectations.
This is the best money tracker app that I have used, so easy to use and very well designed. If I could re arrange the categories and sub categories after it is made according to users' preference, re positioned the pie charts label because sometimes they become over crowded in the area this would be perfect to my needs. Nevertheless, this is still a 5 star app. Thank you to the developer of this app.
Excellent app...good bifurcation of expenses...only thing if you could update is customise font style and size and background colors , last 5 records to make it more attractive...and filters not working for expenses and income categories...if we select category of expense and income all the transactions in the month are displayed..instead it would be better if it displayes on the basis of week or month...in all an excellent app
Great app for single wallet ! Not much useful for multiple wallets. Suppose, I have 2 wallets - ABC and XYZ. I want to keep all records of ABC intact, but want to erase all records of XYZ. For this we have to individually delete all the records of XYZ … very long method. Please give a one-touch (easy) method.
It is sad that after updating now ads have been added. But there was no notice that if I update, ads will come. I am missing my previous version which was like 5 stars to me. Now it is not more than 2 stars. ***Reply to the Developer: Simply because I was using the same features without those ads and most importantly, I have not been acknowledged about ads in the update notice.
A "statement-of-account" record view would be very much appreciated. I'd suggest that in full record view, there should be an indication on each record for balance of chosen wallet after deduction (icon for chosen wallet, and balance after deduction). All the same Excellent!!! Thumbs up.
Overall best app till date. I have been using this app since last 2 years and I am really enjoying it. No adds, Simple and User friendly interface. I just wanted to ask developer that how can I check all wallets Balance status for any particular selected date. Will it be possible to check in current version and if not then are you planning to add this?As I came to this question is because I was checking the balance as per monthly base and I noticed that My "Base Wallet" balance is guffing abit.
Great App! Has tons of features, tons of icons, custom icons, and backup all for free! I also love the option to filter/search your transactions with ease. Love the updated look of the Records section, the spacing with the dates included, great update! Highly recommend!
This is exactly what i was searching for. Everything is good but i want to request you to add one more feature in filter section. It would be more useful if user can filter out results on their custom date range using calander. Thank you.
Best app to maintain expenses. I tried others apps too but this app is exactly what one needs to. Clearly and simply design to let audience to customize. Hoping to bring expenses in float (decimals) in the main menu in the next update.
Another feature need to update in this app i.e. 1. user should able to filter expenditure based on month there is no such feature. 2. Every month starting the expenditure chart and list should come as zero.. but its showing last month list im chat and when we add current month expenditure its adding it to the list.
Good app..it can be best if 'Zero' can be added in amount.. Kindly add this feature so that the transactions with zero amount can also be added..thanks and regard to the app developer team.. Many times when we wanted to save the data of something which we found from somewhere but we have not spent any money..or we have given something to someone and we don't inclined to receive money.. But if we want to save the data we can make a category of these things and can add '00' in the amount field
The best of its kind! Easy to use and very customizable. No ads, no fuss. I would happily pay for it when the developer implement recurrent transactions. But no subscription, please. Keep up the great work!
I've been using this app for a few days now and wow!! Absolutely brilliant app, it's really simple to use (which I like and need, lol), it has for so many excellent features all of which I use. I would like like to have a bit more choice of themes, but that does not detract from just how brilliant this app is, a well deserved 5 stars from me. Download it you will NOT be disappointed.
It's easy to use. And the ability to make subcategories for expenses is very useful. I only have one suggestion/complaint. If I press the phone's back button, I don't want it to exit the app but rather just go back to the application's previous page. Edit: if I'm on the records page and I press back, I want it to bring me back to the dashboard. Or if I use the filter tags on the records page and I press back, I want it to just clear the filter.
