Guys for your own good don't download this app it's a total scam, this is the second time this has happened to me now, when you deposit money into the app, they take money from your bank but don't credit you on the mybux app i sent countless emails only for them to respond my bank was offline. LOL. i would rate this app a negative 5. DO NOT DOWNLOAD PLEASE GUYS.
Good app but l can't see mobile transfer.. There's only bank transfer
So far so good. Charges are not that high for a deposit of R20 I got charged R1 and for a withdrawal of R520 I got charged R15. I really don't get how others are complaining about charges. Withdrawals are fast and I got my withdrawal as soon as I got the confirmation email that it was processed. Great service please keep it like this don't change 🙂🙂
Honestly for the amount you charge us for your services, you service sucks. For that much you should at least be able to transfer funds into people's accounts faster. This was this last time I use your app, so inconveniencing My money is not even in my bank yet my account has been suspended. What kind of scam service are you busy supplying??? 🤬🤬🤬
I doubted that Mybux could be a good service provider before I even used them BUT I find that they are the BEST. They deliver good service and the service is prompt. They have not for once disappointed me
At first I didn't trust this app with my money. Just been using it for a month now. I like the fact that withdrawal process is not an issue, and what makes it more efficient is their support team. Great service they offer... I hope things remain this way for a long time. And for me app is user friendly, nothing complicated...
This app can be so useless, I regret using it again. I deposited money on their account on the 22nd December, my bank has confirmed them receiving the money but yet they don't credit my account a week later. I have sent countless of emails without a response from their so called support team. Their are not even visible on social networks to support their customers. The worst experience!!!

Good idea but over confidence has kicked in within their staff/management too early. They are pathetic at follow-ups and its like some new staff takes over your issue and you have to start from scratch. I have many emails asking why a deposit I put over a month ago did not check in and no reply on the actual situation. I have text messages asking the same questions no reply. Wallettec.. Your way too young to be acting this irresponsible. Dont waste your time with this app. Zero stars if I could.
This is a very useless app. Not once have I bought rewards and failed to buy vouchers with this crazy app. It is damn slow oh my God thing is slow. My account has a lot of money and it has the audacity to say insufficient balance, load more! Trash!
This apps is very good the problem comes when the user internet is slow but for me the apps gave me what i wanted to get. The thing they can approve is cost when withdraw is very high they can be proportionally with the amount to withdraw
in fact mybux is the best, thumb up for mybux, but you people also need to work on user to user internationally money transfer

I have used the app for a while it have served me to my satisfaction but of late things have changed i cannot login and transact, then you have a terrible customer care services on a request of an assistance one can only write a mail which on many occassions gets ignored or ends up unattended to thats much of an arrogance
This app is complete rubbish, paying into their app takes no less than 30min but withdrawing takes up to 24hour and more, I've had pending payment for about 2days now and it's still showing pending, I sent an email stating my problem and i haven't been responded... I'd advise you not to download this app... Except you want your money to be stuck in the cloud...

Edit: This is an update to my review, Wallettec should communicate to customers when they are having issues. My balance disappeared but then afterwards I have seen there are vouchers available to restore my balance. I was unable to login for about 2 months. It seems to be operational now after the update but I have withdrawn my remaining balance.

Please my brother and sister don't use this app at all. Since about a week I deposit to it and it enter instantly but for me to withdraw or buy voucher and send it to the place I want to use it is a big problem. If you don't want to waste your money please don't put your money in this app. Even I chatted their customer care several times a day but no reply till now. If they do well or credit my bank, I will still come back to rate them but for now they are real scam... Please watch out!
This app is useless, this is the only withdrawal way which takes up to 72 hours to give you your money,I would like to advise you that if you have no choice than to use this,use it once and never use it again.you transaction can fail for 2 days with them,and they will tell you late that your transition has failed.i had no choice but to use this mybux but I swear I will never use this.you will strive waiting for your money the whole day,then the next day they tell you that your transition failed
It's a very nice transaction APK and all but the only shortcoming of this is the fact that it deducts some amount when you're depositing and withdrawing. It's understandable when depositing but come on, why should you deduct again when I'm withdrawing my money. It's annoying

This app has been down for 23 or more days now and my money is stuck in there.. I have tried contacting customer support and no one seems to respond or care.. This seems like a fraudulent app to me. I will keep writing bad reviews about this app here and all over social media so people stop using it.. cuz it seems they don't care.
This app sucks... When I try to register an account when verification appears then my browser open automatically to wallet results firebase and appear blank page... Very poor authentication. This app will be greater but very poor development
Love this app it's good super fast in transaction, easy to use all your expensive are stated. Just few days of using it and I got my money in to my MTN momo.
