Add Picture Pick the picture, and add to the screen.Item Pick and add items to the screen.Background Pattern Choose bacgkround pattern.Clear Picture Clear all pictures on the screen.Screnn Size Choose the image size, Wallpaper size,Screen Size or LINE Home Size.Shortcut Set shortcut. (Long Press, Double Tap)Picture Quality Choose save quality of the image.Gallery Check and set wallpapers that you made.
Image Menu Long press pictures you add.
Copy Copy the image.Delete Delete the image.Set Background Set the image as background.

You can have ANY PICTURE YOU WANT AND AS MANY OF THEM YOU CAN fit on the screen for you paper & lock screen,For YEARS i've hade thisTOTALY AWSOME APP,THE AMAXING THINGS YOU CAN DO BESIDES WALL PAPER,LIKE EDITING MMMH?ITS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE OUT THIER ,MINIMAL SPAM LOW DATA,ROCKS THIS APP NEEDS ITS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE TO GET A RAISE,ITS SERIOUSLY AMONG THE TOP OF MY LIST,I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT,THANKS TO THE MAKERS!!!!!
Do not download. Totally crappy app. They load so many commercials any time you make a move and ad pops up. You are more busy xing the ads of yoyr screen that creating your art. Worthless totally. Save yourself from frustration. Delete
Never in my life would I recommend this app to anybody. First of all, the setup is confusing and makes the app hard to use and control. Second of all, I was not able to make my desired background due to this application's linitations. Hope this helps! Please do not download this app it is a waste of time.
THANK YOU!! This app easily makes my pictures into fullscreen collages that I can use for my lock screen and home screen! All the other apps leave your pictures with borders and extra space that you have to crop out. This app also lets you use the same photo multiple times.
I liked this app it's like if u can't find a wallpaper that u like make ur own and if u love making stuff like me you will love this app
The fact that your pictures have to be strait, and you can't tilt it no matter how hard you try, is frustrating. In real life pictures hung by a tac is not strait!
I love it u can make awsome backgrounds for tabs and is simple to use only thing is the ads are quite annoying so if u can remove them I would class this as best wallpaper app ever
It's impossible to use I fit it to my phone screen and I set wallpaper then it resizes and now you see the clipboatf, plus if I tap anywhere it readjust.
This app is a waste of space. Poeple dont get this app because i got it so i could print out pics of all my cats together but it did not work. Just dont have this app....
It would be better if you could tilt and cut the pictures they are all just vertical...
I love the app but it's hard to controll, like when you want to make a photo bigger or move something it don't work as well as it needs to.
It was pretty cool, but I think you should add a save button so people can go back to it and edit more
At first, I was turned off by the 3.5 star rating, but this app has turned out to be very useful. I personally use it as a collage maker. Great job on this one!

This is PERFECT, well, for me anyway. You can use any image in your gallery or download images. If you want to draw a Wallpaper, just get a drawing app and save the drawing to your gallery
This up is very easy to use and you can design it with your photos. I love my new wallpaper. It is radical
You don't need wi-fi to use this which is great, so you can use it anywhere and the app only needs access to your photos which is the whole point of this app.
i think the app is alright if you want to add pictures but i wanted to write text and your not able to. please add
Every time I want to pick a picture from my gallery it always stop like closed and .I open it again it's still the same and then freeze

This app is really good and it makes really cool wallpapers but one thing that you could improve on is that I would like to type things on my wallpaper but otherwise I think that it's awsome and I recommend it. ☺😊😀😁😄😃📱

I hate this app it has no good qualities, and there is nothing really to do. And if I could o would give this app no stars because it is a terrible app. This is NOT recommended.
Its a genuine app that make your photos look like their on a note board. But I refuse to do the whole repeat what every other commenter on the app store says carp because its ridiculous. But good app dev!

This app is great. Most collage apps make the photos so wide spread that you can't use it as a wall paper!! It's a little annoying at first, but then as soon as you get use to it, it's great!😋
