Set your own images, Portrait, Landscape, and Crop; all with No Scroll or Scroll. Check out set Exact or Crop Exact! Set images from WW, file browser, or Android's Gallery (Share as). Check Home App compatibility with No Scroll option (only). Invert, flip, rotate, greyscale, share, and resize images too

How WW works. WW will take any size image and set it as your wallpaper; which means you are no longer forced to Crop a large image to set it as wallpaper (Auto resize images). Images are found by a media scan. No Scroll is not compatible with all Home Apps. LauncherPro & ADW work well.
There are 10 options and they all do something a little different. There are 9 set options available. 9 options include: Crop Exact, Crop Landscape, Crop Portrait, Crop Scale, Exact, Scale, Stretch Landscape, Stretch Portrait, and Solid Color. All of which can be set with: Scroll or No Scroll. Save will save with all the same options, but will not set the wallpaper. Instead your auto-resized image will be saved in the WallpaperWizardrii directory; which you can set with another app if you have issues setting with WW.
Crop Exact: will crop the image with horizontal and vertical control of the crop. The image will be displayed the same as it would being displayed within the app. IE image is not scaled to fill up the display.
Crop Landscape: will crop the image with proportional landscape. The image will be scaled up to fit the displayed as Android's default.
Crop Portrait: will crop the image with proportional portrait. The image will be scaled up to fit the displayed with a background color to the left and right of the image.
Crop Scale: will crop the image with horizontal and vertical control of the crop. The image will be scaled up to best fit the displayed. Image crop selection Portrait will scale up portrait, and Landscape will scale up landscape.
Exact: will set the image as seen within WW. This means how ever you adjust the image in size via the Scroll bar will determine the Wallpaper look.
Scale: will expand or shrink any image to fit best within the display. Portrait images are measured by height and Landscape images are measured by width. If the image cannot scale to the exact dimensions of your display their might be some boarders around your image.
Stretch: (Landscape or Portrait) will expand or shrink any image to fit exactly in the display. No boarders will be shown and image my not scale proportionately. IE why its called stretch.
Solid Color: This will set only the background color as it was selected from the main window.
NOTE: WW cannot take small images and make them larger without it being pixalated. Depixalated algorithms are not implemented.
If you have any issues you can always rollback to an earlier release that worked for you by: Menu->Preference->Rollback and download that version and install it.

Used to be awesome but crashes a lot now, especially after rebooting my phone, I always get app has stopped working error. Hopefully it will get fixed , last update was August 2021 so fingers crossed.
I couldn't understand literally anything. I dont know where the thing was to stop the wallpaper from moving and it frustrated me alot.
I use this app in all of my phones before but now this dont work with my new phone correctly..i hope you can fix this problem..
I used the old version on all my phones and it was great. New version stinks

Best app ever. I've got the s6 edge +, couldn't get my home screen to scroll. Spent the whole day trying out new launches and all that nothing worked but this solved all my problems. My pics fit the screen and it scrolls.
I have been using this app for years. I was trying to change my lockscreen and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I emailed them expecting not to hear back for a while... But they replied immediately and helped me solve the problem! I use this on my droid z force and it works wonders! I highly recommend!
Completely worthless app another app that claims to do whatever you want but you can't even slide your wallpaper. I need an app that allows you to slide your wallpaper while scrolling through your home screens I don't want a fix wallpaper
Awesome, the best, let's you have the size you want for wallpaper. No zooming into the picture with no options of the picture, so thank you wallpaper wizardrii
Never does what I want it to. Just want a non scrolling wallpaper but the no scroll option turns off if I exit the app
I think my problem might also be scrolling.if i apply an image it get placed to the right of the screen with hslf the image offscreen
Only want one thing: let me choose a wallpaper image, and scale that image to my screen size. This doesn't do that.
I've been using this app for years wirh no problems. Now it seems to be broken. It won't load any of my pictures. It just shows a red and white icon and says no image. PLEASE fix this. I want to keep using this app!
The app used to work perfectly but now it won't let me set lock screen images and changes my wallpaper instead. Please fix this....

Bad UI ,I simply want to set background ,tried all buttons ,nothing gets that done.
I loved cuz I could create custom wallpapers on my s3. Switched s5 and now it says there are no images.
Sometimes when I crop the image and when I choose a pict, the loading so slow it takes 5 min. please fix this also please add that we can set a wallpaper in home and App drawer thanks
I recommend it specially for those who apprrciate wallpaper like i do. It makes the picture well defined and fitted to the screens plus different options to make ur screen more alive. Keep up guys!!
First app I have found to shrink picture for wallpaper and also to put it on the lock screen.
App is buggy to the point of being unusable. Loads a different folder each time you navigate back to the homepage. Does not resize an image, just cuts off most of it to make what's left fit 16:9. Sort options are barely functional. This app was reccomended from an android forum post from 2011 which is where this app belongs. Not up to current standards.
