WallyPark Airport Parking

App is so glitchy and unreliable, you're better off calling for a reservation. You can't edit a reservation seconds after you've made it, so you end up canceling and making a new reservation, causing your card to be double charged. Also, if you need to edit your reservation, don't count on using any discounts from your previous reservation, they're gone now. I love Wally Park but this app needs serious work.

It makes no sense that you make a reservation in the app, but the scanners can't read them so you still have to get a ticket and then go to the cashier with both, that's a waste of time. I have never gotten a card from you to scan either. Update your equipment, please! Your shuttle drivers are always top notch and friendly.

Second time in a week I am unable to complete a reservation using the app or website. I opened a trouble ticket to report the issue. I am also unable to contact someone on the phone to make my reservation. Not sure why they make it so difficult to use their service.

Password field on sign up is a developer's nightmare. Field requires at least 1 symbol, which is great, but it limits the symbols accepted to dashes, periods, and underscores. Additionally, it doesn't tell you anywhere that those are the only 3 symbols accepted in the app. That info is only available on the web-based sign up form. Are you kidding me? Who coded this? Just plain awful UX. Anyway, I didn't make it past this step because I actually have a secure password.

I've used Wallypark for years, but the app really makes a difference. The website was clunky and hard to make reservations with. The app is much better and the ability to reserve and prepay my parking means I can file my reimbursements much quicker. overall it's a great product.

Driver pulled up behind my car as I parked. Easy to get in with app. Fast to airline. Bus was passing as I called for pickup. Was able to exit lot with app and on my way home in minutes. Pleasant interaction with drivers. Will use again.

Great to Book but the Shuttle Pickup has never worked. The one thing more than anything I wish I could use it for has consistently just caused the app to shut down. I love wallypark but that is a consistent frustration for me.

The app works pretty good now. Still can't scan your reservation barcode during entry though, but probably not the app's fault. They still need to work on their tech infrastructure at the lot.

The shuttle tracker doesn't work anymore. Now, it seems they are more worried about sending me spam email (which no matter how many times I have clicked no, it always asks again) than fixing this app.

App worked great to make a reservation. App did work when the app barcode was used to exit the parking facility. Supposed to work without assistance from an attendant. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

all you can really use it for is to lookup reservations you already made on your computer. does not allow you to pay through app with valid credit cards nor does it honor valid promos. otherwise fine.

Wallypark is my place to park every time I travel. An easy to use app, a safe place to park my vehicle, and a safe ride to and from the airport with pleasant shuttle drivers. Thanks Wallypark!

I've already been a rewards member but first time booking through the app. I liked that it showed me all available offers at time of booking. I was able to save by using one of the offers shown.

Much better than the website! But still leaving done features. Ads say you can text from the app and track the shuttles but don't see that option.

Android version of app won't download or install on new Samsung Ultra +. Tried multiple times & let it run installation for 20 min. & it still didn'tcomplete. JAX location says you need the app since don't have a person in the garage!! What do I do now??

Horrible app. Does not work. Does not apply royalty pointsm spins spins spins. Worst experience. Its getting bad to worse.

Crashes when clicking Wally Club. Crashes when clicking loyalty rewards button when booking. Maybe try catching an exception for once. Good grief.

Can't log in. Confirmed password by logging on with the website. Paid close attention to input on the phone 2-3 times. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. A waste of time and storage.

Wish I could use this app, but it won't log me into my account. Same results as other reviewers, my email and password work fine in a browser but not the app. Twenty minutes of my life and 10 MB of data wasted... oh well.

Easy to use for making a reservation and quickly checking out when leaving. It's an efficient system, and I find it very useful.

Handy for checking in and out, but it needs support for calling and requesting pickup. The app continually crashed when attempting pickup.

This app is too hard to get into. I have to create a new account each time and it tells I already have an account. Then it doesn't recognize my login and password and I get locked out.

Extremely poor interface! I select the date and time but it doesnt allow me to proceed with the booking!

marginal app, great for booking. gives you a receipt with a barcode that they don't accept however. that makes no sense at all!

Put all my information in then booked a trip. After I logged into the app again it said that I had no reservations so that's it. I got rid of the app, that's ridiculous.

The dates chosen and displayed on the app are often not the same. The calendaring seems to be off.

One star is being generous. I cannot login with the same credentials as the website, which makes this app useless, I wont create two accounts, please fix this.

It found my reservation. Did not try to make a reservation in the app. The shuttle tab crashes every time I click on it.

When we got back to Jacksonville and I tried pulling up the info on the app it kept shutting down. it made me want to just uninstall it.

Everytime I click on Shuttle Pick Up, the app unexpectedly closes. Please fix this issue.
