Walmart Grocery Check-In

App worked great when I first started using it about 5 months ago but for the last 2-3 months it says I have no recent order. Have tried uninstalling multiple times but still not working. You'd think Walmart would get on a fix but apparently not a high priority. Bummer.

I don't like this app. It never notifies me that the order is ready. Also when I'm parked at the store it tells me I'm 2 minutes away. The longer I sit it adds two more minutes. I have to call in instead. It could be a great app but it just doesn't do what it's supposed to. Most employees here are puzzled when I call and tell them I've been here but the app shows them Im 2 minutes away. Frustrating

Used it for several months on my Samsung Galaxy 7 and LOVED it. Now, will not load on the phone after restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, etc. Still works on my Wi-Fi only galaxy tab2, but not as handy as phone. PLEASE FIX THIS-best thing Wal-Mart has ever done, WHEN IT WORKS.

I've tried the "check in when you're on you way" and didn't call like the app says. Employees are incompetent and still want you to call anyways to tell them what number you parked in. Maybe if walmart would fix it so you could add your parking number, maybe it will get better. Until then, don't waste your time just call

One I first opened the app it wanted me to log in. Didn't have a login so I went a head and tried the forgot password. Was able to some how reset my password without an account ever created. Once in the app I was a little hopeful but was disappointed. It was slow and challenging to search through. I tried looking up bookshelf and it didn't pull up anything I was looking for. Closest thing it brought up was a kids desk. This app has a lot of potential but I'm not going to stick around to see if it gets better.

App worked great until about 2 weeks ago. Now it won't take be to the grocery page so I can put items in my cart. I have to do everything through the main website. Only thing I use this app for is to check in when picking up my groceries if that even still works! Not sure what is going on but I sure hope it gets fixed soon.

App seems pretty simple to use. However after check-in I never got any notification confirming that they knew I was here and that they were going to bring me my groceries. I entered the store twice and even called the mainline that went straight to voicemail. I think called the store and the assistant manager said that they would find out what was going on and then I was on hold for over 12 minutes before hanging up. Technology is great but if you don't have the right man power then what good is technology?

I too have an android, I installed the app n got the notice saying I didn't have an order but that was bcuz I wasn't connected to wifi. After I was connected, it would only tell me when my order would be ready. I still had to call when I got there. I'll keep the app for now n ill keep checking back from time to time n see if anything improves.

Great idea, however bc my local town doesn't offer pickup, it won't let me check-in when I utilize the service one town over. It says my Walmart doesn't have this option, but it does say my grocery order is processing... I had to uninstall it. Calling is just as easy

it does no good to check me in and tell me no need to call if the employees s aren't doing their job and paying attention to who is there or not. One more reason to go to Kroger. They have their act together. Walmart clearly does not. I have now been waiting 15 minutes for them to bring my groceries out.

I have tried to use the app for 4 days now and it continues to say "experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later." I've heard nothing but positive things about this app, so not being able to utilize it is very disappointing.

When it works, it's great, but too often I end up sitting outside Walmart for 10 - 15 minutes before realizing that something had gone wrong (again) and calling. Kind of messes up the convenience factor of the grocery pick up.

Have been using Walmart grocery for over a year. For the last three months I have tried that app. Always says that it is not available in my area. I always have to call the store. Have tried installing several times, no luck.

Terrible app. First time placing order it was canceled by store saying it was fraudulent order...after charging my card. Now repeated issue of nonresponsive script and takes forever to load.

I have tried to use the app every week for over a month to check in for my groceries (because they remind me every week about it so I continue to try and use). I have deleted the app numerous times and updated my phone and still can not use. Bums me out!

App said I was checked in, but after waiting 25 minutes, I ended up calling. They had no clue I was here waiting.

This app was awesome when I used it the first few times, but lately I can't even get it to load. So disappointed because this made my shopping experience very easy! Please fix this problem, which seems to be the general complaint of many. Until it's fixed, I'm uninstalling it. Very disappointed in this app as of late!

I love using the Walmart app grocery app I do notice that there's a difference between the Walmart app and the grocery check-in app for the last 2 days I've not been able to check in it just in the status bar it just seems like it's trying to load but it doesn't if you could please address this thanks

Waited 30 minutes after checking in only to be told that the app doesn't work. "Call next time you come, don't use the app"

Just tells me I have an order and when it will be ready but doesn't let me check in. Only worked the 1st time.

I truly love the Walmart pick up service, but this app is useless! I have tried to use it every time without any success. I hope it gets fixed I'll uninstall and try again in a few weeks

It didn't work. Went to pick up groceries and had to wait a long time because they said I wasn't checked in.

Did not properly notify walmart employees that I arrived. The employee even recommended not to use this app

Did the check in. Waited outside and everyone else got there stuff but me. The guy said he didn't have my groceries. Don't understand the point in the app.

Does not work. Kept reloading page and didnt even have the store near my home on here even though i know they have grocery pickup
