I tried their service during the 21 day lockdown. I think this is one of the first grocery delivery apps that was up and running during this time. Their service is very prompt and I rate them highly on customer service. Thanks to grocery factory and their delivery personnel for helping us during these times.
They deliver old stock items expecially floors. verms are there in floor. and sometimes products are missing. they donot re-arranged and they dont solve the issues. dry fruits quality is also verry poor. not at all good experience. better to go super markets. just not attend the complants. i re install and not book again
Ordered grocery two days back. Yet not delivered. No phone numbers to contact. Chat is not working. Toll free number not working. No idea what will happen. ............ REVIEW AFTER DELIVERY . I am writing this review after receiving my items now.(after two days of order)Quality of items are good.good packing. But the negative thing in this app is you will not have any contact number.
This app was good earlier but became worst, now improving but still lot has to be done. If business is lost it may be primarily due to the difficulties with operation of app. Order presentation is bad, cart is slowest, payment is difficult and so on.
Good range of rice types, dals and pulses. The pricing is also very pocket friendly. Good service, and orders are delivered on time. Should definitely try it out!
I have ordered for the first time in this website. All the products are of good quality. Price is also quite reasonable. Delivery speed is ok and packing is also good. Without any second thought one can buy the products from here . Overall it was a good experience with GF.
Previously it is very good to order from laptop. Now it is not allowing through same. Only through mobile phone ordering is too difficult to order. So from now onwards I am not going to use this grocery factory. I totally dispointed.
Good but there are things to improve: Pros: +Pricing +Customer Care Call Support +Factory owner keep up to the word, he is helpful Cons: -Cant view push notifications in app -In the app order status will be completed, even before delivery, it gives rise to panic -In app, non delivered item shown as completed -Higher delivery charges -Delivery boys(doesnt inform on missing product or if paid more) be aware! -Receipt will have non delivered item price - be aware! -Mail support & alert not working
Product quality and price are good and decent. Edited: Now the prices are inflating to high al ost double and stating 50% off. Compare to earlier all product prices are hiked and app had lot of bugs , it can't show the products as out of stock...
Used to buy regularly. Used to buy my rice and groceries from here. Stopped buying after they decided not to sell 5kg bags of rice. Lots of my friend's also stopped buying because of it. Now unistalling as haven't used it for a few months now.
As it is urgent and v r in need of the products v r ordering. But there is no slots available to check when the order is delivering.. Customer care number also not available and cal is not going.. Irresponsible. I won't pay for the products. Take it back.
Good quality items. I regularly book Kolam Steam Rice 25Kg from this app. They have the best Grocery in the market. Maintained 90% of the inventory even during Covid-19 lockdown. Great management. Hope they continue to provide the same good customer service.
Grocery Factory is an excellent App. to purchase all provisions required for home, at very reasonable price and good quality. Delivery will take one day. Very first purchase, I'm impressed.
Previous did not get the delivery on time. But from next time received on time. My opinion is to increase the other products also apart from grocery factory products. Groceries received was also good one.
It's too slow, no proper updates and orders do no get updated.. I guess they will resolve it as promised.. however I do not have any problems with their products and services... excellent and prompt..
This is one of the best apps for ordering grocery online, I've been using it since the past 3 months and it has been a great experience so far. I think not many people are aware about this app but surely more people will shift to this app in the near future. Thanks GF Team
In this scenario, if u ppl don't deliver, nor respond to calls, what's the use of having an online service. Rest of times ppl can walk around and buy products.
Needs lot of improvements like search, response time and if I add to kart I can't take it out, that is a big issue.
Had a problem initially. On complaining the team responded very well. The error was rectified and had a seamless experience thereafter.

status shows as delivered on the app even though they have not yet delivered. happened thrice. also you should have online payment options such as paytm/phonepay/googlepay
I have ordered some items. While ordering I have created account with my mail id. At that time, I haven't provided my my mobile number. Now when I want to instal the app,it is not allowing. How to solve the problem.
Has had a very good experience with this app, have gotten 1 day delivery even during the times of strict lockdown, and also was rewarded with a silver coin for ordering regularly
Recently (2 days back) I hv purchased rice and Green moong dal etc. Moong dal s third rate dal very small and when I immersed n water many dal was floating. I wanted to return but phone was not getting connected. Pl take back otherwise refund it.
App is really bad. Upgrade the app. Majority of items are good. But it is a joke and absurd inflating the price by double and offering 50%. No business establishment thrives offering 50% on all items & it is a Ridiculous price tag. People do thorough research in prices before landing at u . If any establishment offers 50% discount on all items , it is bound to close in no time. Hence better remove the price tags. Customers know that u maintain competitive prices. We come back till u keep up.
