M S DOS The points dont update. Everytime I use it in the store it doesnt register. One person will say theres nothing we can do. Another will tell me to go to the service desk, where they still cant do anything. Another person tells me to uninstall, reinstall, force stop, do the hokey pokey and turn myself around. SMH Its 2019, get the upgrades, lower prices, find another way to stay relevant in the community.
There was a problem with my account causing lots of errors and missed deals. It took weeks for support to fix it. I still get an occasional error "offer is shutoff"
Love the store but the rewards points do not update nightly as stated, I've been there twice in the last week and my points have not changed, nice app but needs work.
App didn't work. Never took the coupons of or registered purchases for money off.
Horrible.Horrible.not user friendly at all to install like Jewel or Stracks. So frustrated i just unistalled the ap
click on items in flyer and they no longer go into the list.
I should mot have to use an app to get lower price or discount.
Gets me $ off on foods and coupon deals in store love it!

Love waltz foods miss our Tinley store so much and I miss being able to get there so do many of my friends we can't drive all the way to Homewood

Downloaded have not used at store yet. Systematically it appears good. Does not to seem to have as many manufacturers coupons as other apps I have used. Was hoping this one would so I could save and give as much of my business to this store.
Had some problems with app was not adding to get may 5 dollars off. So uninstalled, wanted to give it another shot reinstalled but forgot password etc. Of course no one can help. So sad I liked Walt's
Stopped loading rewards points. Contacted company, several week went by and nothing has been fixed.
Good start, but I would love to see it keep my place in the Weekly Ad list after viewing an item. It's annoying having to scroll back from the top each time.
I wish it showed the sale paper like the website does..all it does is list what is on sale with no prices..useless for me right now
This store is absolutely phenomenal. The employees are so friendly. I recommend this store to all. We always like to satisfy is what the letters in Walt's stand for. This definitely remains true at this store.
Very easy to use app. I wish the add was layed out how it is on the website...page to page. If you look at an item now it brings you back to the top to start over. Break categories down further. Love the savings already!
It should be set up like the store is so that when you walk in the door the first thing on your list is the first thing that you come to. That way you don't have to run from aisle to aisle.
I wish I could give zero stars. This ap is HORRIBLE! It's always buffering and shutting down when I try to open it. Coupons don't get added to the list when you clip them so there's always a problem in store. Cashiers don't even know how the coupons with the ap's weekly deals work so they're not helpful either. It's a waste of data usage to download.
