loved it then one day it just stopped working. I have emailed them many times to no avail. It's been months and I may have got one response out of at least 6 attempts. sent screenshots of what my page looks like and details. I download the app periodically hoping it is fixed, still nothing. I can't even delete my account and start over. I miss shopping here, ugh. Customer service is horrible.

At first it was a great app. I've ordered several things and they all came just as shown. About two weeks ago the app would not let me see my orders anymore and would not let me delete items I had saved. I logged out and tried to reset my password but I never received an email from Wanelo to reset it. I tried to fix these problems multiple times before deleting the app altogether.

This app gives you no shipping options. It should be a filter with multiple sellers to only show items with expedited shipping if you need something right away or not at all. Also there is no tutorial and no contact information. No way to even leave a comment. This made shopping harder not easier. I got frustrated and quit.

Its a horrible process if you want to send your item back, trying to get a refund is a ridiculous process. I ordered numerous things from Wanelo and had no problem. I've ordered items that were beautiful, I 💘them and I also ordered items that were horrible and I hated them. Watch what you're buying, look at the reviews and read every word when it comes to the return policy. Most of the items are coming from China so it is hard going through a the middle 👨 trying to get refunds or an exchange. After 8 months I have not received my money back on a purchase that didn't fit.(well ovr $100.00) I 💘 Wanelo but I 😠it just the same.

I love this app, unfortunately it has been crashing lately, the search engine kicks you out and doesn't let you search for anything. Every few minutes the website kicks you out as well. I read other reviews that have been having the same issues and it says to upgrade the version, however I deleted and re-installed the app and it keeps doing the same thing.

The app constantly crashes if you try searching for anything. Store's products do not load on the products tab. There is no filter function to sort through what you're looking for. They also need to add a feature that let you review and confirm your order before placing OR a cancel order button. There are many times the final checkout price ended up higher because the seller inflated shipping after order was placed.

My experience with Wanelo has been less than satisfactory. The customer service is horrible. When you ask a question about a product and delivery, you get a vague reply that definitely doesn't answer the question, if you get one at all. When a purchase doesn't even ship for a few weeks and you try to cancel it since at that point you don't need it anymore, there is no reply from customer service. Some of the things I bought were good imitations but the Beats headphones i bought are junk/broken.

I hate I have to do separate orders and it charges for shipment each time .it should have a shopping cart. I also did my first purchase and didn't get it. the prices are lovely so is the items so I had to retry. last but not least it doesn't have a good search uploader you can't call them and when viewing items you can't press home you have to keep pressing back.. shipping takes forever and cost a arm and a leg..

when it works, its fantastic!! sadly, it hasn't been working for months. crashes every time i open, when i try to search, when i click things... and everything is listed as sold. the developers keep saying it's fixed when it isn't. i'm bummed. Samsung S9

I will NEVER EVER order from wanelo again! In the past I had stopped because of how long it took to process the order and actually receive it. It had been a few years since I ordered anything from them and decided to give them another try for xmas. I ordered 3 items. one item was shipped to a totally different state. Never got it and I didnt get a refund. The second one was the wrong color after weeks i was finally able to get a refund. the third never came and no refund.

Nothing works on the app. I can't change my profile picture. I can't post products. Every time I try it says Oops please try tapping post from product page. I'm on the product page. I can't sync Wanelo to my shopify app. I get an internal 500 error. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Your customer service is useless. It's been 10 days since Gerald said the tech team would check it out.

I like the products that are offered...very affordable but I have some issues which i think the developers should look into as it will improve the app.. First if all...I CANNOT POST REVIEWS.. I have bought 5 products off the app, however it will not allow me to review the products...no option visible for that... (I see everyone else is able to review) Secondly...if you are buying several items from a vendor, you have to pay shipping cost for each item individually

Great quality products but long shipping time. I've ordered a ton of stuff off this app and everytime I've gotten a product it's been very high quality. The only problem is I've been waiting for some items I ordered a month ago and they still haven't come in yet. Customer service is very hard to get a hold of too very slow response time and still haven't responded back in about a week.

** UPDATED AS OF 4/28/20** I ended up deleting this app after I had the issue of it crashing about a month ago and just decided to try it again seeing that you said you had fixed the problem, so I have the up to date version and it's still not working. As soon as I type something into the search bar and hit enter it kills the app and takes me back to my home screen.. Soooo even with the "fixed" version it still does not work. Please PLEASE fix!

Downloaded this app to buy a specific pair of shoes I saw on the website after doing a Google search. Can't find the shoes on the app after multiple attempts, and clicking through the 'buy' button on the website just takes me to the app homepage. I don't appreciate the baiting with items you don't actually sell and it just means I won't bother to even look at what else you have to offer.

pretty much useless now... the app has been buggy for a while, but now you can't save items anymore. i've tried using desktop as well, but that isn't working either. unless they ever get around to fixing the app, you're better off just saving things you want to buy to a board on pinterest. it's a shame; this used to be my favorite shopping app. edit as of 5/17/19: still can't post products from store websites, which is supposed to be the reason you'd use this app...

I love everything about this app the quality, price, and selection. Except that every time i try to search something it closes the app. So I can only select from the items that are presented, sometimes I want to search for something and I can't.

I used to use this app all the time and I've logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it keeps saying that I'm "unauthorized" to save anything. It used to work but now none of my notifications show up and nothing shows up in my "magic" feed or "my feed." When I try to save an item from Trending or other feeds it says I'm not authorized. It also says everything is "sold" and others have this problem as well. Fix this, this app is useless now.

Wow. How the mighty have fallen. Wanelo used to be an incredible apps where they had some cool gadgets, fresh and new ideas, cute outfits/designs and truly a unique market. Wanelo became too big and too popular and before you know it it became flooded with scammers, knock offs and junk. Now, 2020, returning after probably 8 years, the app is slow, doesnt populate images of items, everything has a broken link or is marked as sold. And nearly all the things you have favorited before are broke.

Up until 6+ months ago, ordering was easy. Now, Every Single time I try and buy something, I keep getting the same error msg. Nobody that I Know what it means. "Oops! Exception occurred during invocation of web service." I'm interested in purchasing and unfortunately am unable to do so. Kelly

Every app has problems, but this one. Wow. I've been using it off and on since 2013 and it still has the same problem with not recognizing a product's page so I can actually save stuff to buy. UPDATE 3 years later: lmao I just downloaded this and after 9 years it has the same glitch

UPDATE: Only got ONE minimal response from email support, they had NOTHING useful to say at all. Such BS! Usually use for Xmas shopping, I have an account I cultivated for a long time with many things saved I'd be VERY sad to lose access to. BUT when I wanted to start shopping & tried to login, app said I can't login using FB cuz it needs an update. It doesn't seem to need any update & I checked my FB permissions for Wanelo & they r still active. Dunno what else to try, very sad about glitch.

This is a update from my previous review of not being able to order anything and always receiving a error message when I tried to purchase items earlier in the year...... However recently I tried again and goes what!.....The app has been updated!! And I was finally able to place a order! Yay I will be back to update my review again with 5 stars after I receive my items! Go Wanelo so far so good!

If you try to change a credit card number on Wanelo they make it so difficult I stop trying. Their app has lost a lot of business for their clients because there are other apps to buy on! Wanelo exec! YOU need to make your site easier to add credit cards to!!!! I have to assume Wanelo doesn't need my business . They have NEVER MADE an ATTEMPT contact me to resolve an issue. It doesn't matter...there are other sites to buy from! If I was a seller on Wanelo...I would not sell on Wanelo.

Cannot post unless you have a Shopify account. Why don't they remove the feature and include Wix, Etsy and others. It's not fair. And I had to contact them in order to find out why the post feature doesn't work. Update: It seems like the developer tried fixing it where any store can upload, but its still not working.

This app has so many bugs :( both my sister and I are not given the option to buy anything as it all shows as sold out. We both uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still won't work. A new problem has also now come about which is that I am "not authorized" to save content to MY own account, so even if I do get on my computer to use the regular website, I cannot save anything new from my phone.I used to love this app but I just keep getting disappointed anymore.

I love purchasing from this site everything is exactly... The only problem I have is the shipping and the fact you can't put things in a cart and buy all at once. It's too many taxes paying out purchasing one item at a time to me that's non sense. I would purchase more often because of the really good deals but I don't cause of the separate taxes you pay one merchandise at a time when it makes sense to purchase everything at once when your shopping
