Works great on my old phone with ZZZZ prefix camera. I got new phone Xiaomi redmi 5 plus the app seems to work and connect but as soon as you exit the app it doesn't remember the camera you need to add it all over again which is not very practical.
With this app, every time I swipe my phone(even a very light swipe), my IP Cam will move app 45° horizontally. Cannot do any fine adjustment /movement to the position I want.
Frustrating to add cameras initially. Trying to add yet another and it will not find the camera. Also will not allow me to delete a camera. Crashes app when I try. Please fix? Or at least give me better instruction?
couldn't get app to work, pc search utility is gone from website and if you email them, they are gone for the holidays until 16 February. Edit: even though the cameras are set for dhcp, all the cameras I have were 192.168.1.88 by default. admin/admin is login
Every time I try to add my camera the page disappears and takes me back to the start. I've used this app last year and it worked fine. Now its useless
Basic app but serves the purpose. No issues so far and have been using this app for over a year now. Personally, I recommend it.
why does the phone has to make a sound while adding a camera!!!! even you mute the phone it still makes a noise

Developer! Use some common sense! Try to be a user! This app is as ugly and user unfriendly as it gets.
Always selected camera lost in list and have to add every and each time log to this app.

The wifi configuration is not same as described in the manual inclueded in the product package.

This app used to work but now although it finds the camera - rather slowly - and says status online, when I click the icon, after some delay, it comes back to same screen and doesn't display the move view. Onvifer finds the camera no problem and so does Blue Iris so not sure why the manufacturer can't find their own camera!! I own an HW045
The App connects to the camera and works well, but it deletes the camera every time I close it and I have to again add camera to view it. The E-View7 app never did this, it is a shame the TTTT and ZZZZ prefix cameras do not work with E-View7 which I have used for many years. Looks like they need to update Wanscam app to be compatible with newer phones, because I tried it on an older Android 6.0 phone and it saved and remembered the camera . Please fix this issue to get better rating.
