If you have complaint for over billing , wrong meter reading or against any misconduct of WAPDA officials you can file a complaint and an official will call back you with in 24 hours.

Being a house wife it is very difficult to go out and waste hours in wapda offices. Last month I got a bill with excessive reading and filed a complaint through this app. With in hours I was contacted by LESCO sdo who promised me to fix my bill by Monday. (Y) This app saved my time and I strongly recommend it and really loving such efforts.
