Dysfunctional. I cannot view any plan details or make changes for my daughter or myself because of an incredibly annoying pop-up titled "Managed Care Enrollment Details". It has an x to close that pop-up but instead of allowing me to remain on the page I'm on, it forces me back to the beginning and there is NO way around it. Reinstall made no difference. The app is 90% unusable for me. Please just remove the pop-up and allow people to access that info if we want it. It's intrusive...
Please read. I truly rate this 1 star. Every year, they give me the run around, they don't answer phone calls or email/ messages. This makes it hard to purchase/edit healthcare coverage. I had to find a human navigator to just purchase healthcare. They won't update their webpage to make changes to make it easier, only cosmetic changes. Honestly, just find a human broker. So much easier.
The last update was April 26th, I downloaded this at the end of May. Trying desperately to see a dentist, and having issues trying to prove I have insurance. The app will not let me log in until I've updated, except there's no update available! Things are hard enough right now! I've been waiting on my provider one card for over a month and this app is all I have to show it. It took a lot longer, but finally they figured things on their end since my end is keeping me out! 0 stars, why bother 8(
This website really sucks !! it is so hard to navigate. There is no continuity to the prompts. User easily gets lost because other things keep popping up. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS WEBSITE TO MAKE IT USER-FRIENDLY. Also when question are asked make sure there is an "OTHER" option followed by explanation about the other choice. To download documents add other options beside google and apple. Not all people uses these two options to download. Make it easier to download from personal browser file like before. It used to be that this was very easy to do. The way it is set-up now exposes users to more security issues.
Poorly constructed app. It can be slow or crash all together. No easy to use icons or quick resolutions. I mostly use my desktop when i need to finish something on this site. But what can you expect from a state run website. Not even worth downloading.
Doesn't work. Blank home page, can't search for anything. Honestly I'm sceptical that it's a legit app.
Can't even sign in. Every time I try I get an error message stating that there is a problem with my network connection. Um, no! I'm at home with full connection, all other apps work just fine. Can log in if I open desktop site, but not the app. Have tried every day since 2/18/20 and get the same error message. Would give zero stars if I could.
Pretty poor overall, slow to load, lots of crashes. Upload documents only allows pictures instead of word files or pdfs. Its 2019 so its pretty embarrassing to have a state healthcare app so poorly made. Its useable but that's about the nicest thing I can say about it.
literally stopped working... signing in goes to a blank page where the menu only gives access to FAQ and Sign-In...
Horrible, horrible app in so many ways. It crashes often and sometimes the keyboard won't pop up when you click on a text box. How are you supposed to get anything done with this? Extremely disappointing.
It is a pain in the you know what. It says you have an Alert but then will not tell you what it is. You call the health plan finder and they tell you no documents needed but you do need to submit a document. We are about halfway through this month with it paid for and still cannot use the new insurance until they receive the needed document. Grr, ugh.
To complete what I'm trying to do, it keeps telling me I need to switch from from app to the website. I do that, and it doesn't let me sign in, tells me I need to use the app. So I do that. Then the app force closes literally fifteen times in a row while I'm mid-way through my application. So frustrating it's not funny. I have restarted my phone and deleted and re-download the app... Not sure what else to do.
Not working, I'm trying to do my application and it constantly crashes when try to switch fields. I'm not terribly surprised because the website has always been glitchy too. Please figure this out so it actually works.
So far, my experience with this company has been extremely negative. Haven't even successfully gotten my application in, and have dealt with errors, rude customer service, unclear instructions, poorly coded chat interfaces and now I seem to have been blocked by the site, denying me any access to my only healthcare option. Thanks for nothing.
Glitchy! I can't update my address without the app dying. In the area where it wants me to sign it won't allow the keyboard to come up. This app doesn't work at all. I now have to get on a computer to try to fix what this app has screwed up.
Hardly ever works. If you are able to get in, then nothing ever loads...not very helpful info if nothing is displayed! Have tried to download this app a few different times and I keep having the same issue.
Terrible app it wont even let me log in. I tried a fresh reinstall hope that works. Cant say im surprised though every government site or app ive tried to use is terrible the government robs us of boatloads of money yet cant even provide a working app. The only silver lining is the people who work on the phone lines are helpful and friendly.
Glitchy app. Keyboard won't show up when typing password, difficult to navigate, interface is over all not user friendly. But, it's still better than the darn website.
In my experience, the app is only functional about 20% of the time. Four times out of five when I try to log on, I get the "Oops... Try again later" message. Note also that the web site is down every single night for "maintenance". The end result is that if you are asked for documents and you don't start trying to submit them long before the deadline, you will very likely be out of luck -- as I now seem to be. Not sure why professional IT people can't be brought in to fix the app and web site...
Will not let me sign in. Keeps stating "Looks like there is some trouble with your network connection. Try again later." I've already checked there is no network connection error on my end, the app is faulty.
The app crashed every time I would switch from one app to another to look up information and then the keyboard either wouldn't show up to enter info or it would only allow me to enter numbers and not letters.
Can't log in at all anymore. It won't allow me to update the app like it is requesting. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, and I'm still have trouble. I had hoped these issues would've been fixed by now; I have to renew my family's coverage.
I cannot type in required text fields, and trying to paste text from my clipboard crashes the app and logs me out. I was hoping this would replace the unusable website, but it is somehow worse.
Doesn't work just moved across the country and find a place to rent in Washington, start looking into health insurance for my family with 2 small kids one that has a genetic disorder PKU and I can't even create an account with the app it literally won't let me do anything but click sign in but you need to type things and it won't allow it you need to make an account won't allow it. I don't see how you can have an app that literally doesn't work in any way at all.
The app isn't working. Very frustrating. Whenever I try to sign in, from any phone, it says "It looks like there is something wrong with your network connection." Obviously a bug, but needs to be fixed!

As useless as the website that's always down. Trying to cancel my membership which I did last year that got me in trouble with the IRS and now their automatically applying me for next year without my consent. Couldn't cancel it with the useless app so I called the help line to find out i have to call back in 2 weeks to cancel it after being on hold for an hour.
It took some time to find the tab I needed but other than that it was pain free. I used it to submit documents which was quick and easy. It saved me from faxing the documents in and pay $15.
This version 5.0.2 update sucks. If it worked correctly I would be able to update the app in the play store instead of having to uninstall and reinstall it. Please don't say it has been fixed, I had less issues with the app before the update. I'll update my review once it's really fixed.
Horrible app. Can't input any information, doesn't allow a keyboard to pop up, and constantly logs me out. Yet I use the website and it also constantly logs me out and takes me back to the home screen. So hard to just make some changes and get some basic insurance..
