I like the whole operation, and the continuity of it. very entertaining and exciting to play. wish they showed the battles. but it's a 10 out of 10. for design, interested, and everything else. just would like more in focus on rallies, collecting goods and money, and battles, and close calls with other groups.
So far so good. Standard game of its type, but still a lot of fun to play. I enjoy the historical characters and real old school military units. Well done. My biggest gripe that I was forced to deduct a star for was the inability to disband units. This would be an invaluable ability for all commanders.
Dog water is what this game is. Paid to win simple is that. In less then a week this guy and a few other have over 100mil power I spend 20$ and barley hitting 1.9. and make matter worse ur trash update screwed the training time up. It was hard enough training 3.8k t2 troops for 7 hours now I got 12 hours. And my game wouldn't work chat bugged hell the entire thing is. Now I can't click on any of my buildings to upgrade or anything on the map. Only can use bottom bar
Absolutely ridiculous. The tutorial for this game is worthless. One of many problems, you are instructed to get your troops to gather 100 wood, but I have no idea how to do that. I can't even find a help button, let alone a settings button just to turn down the stupid music. I'M OUT! UNINSTALLED.
Updated review: The game itself is like many others in this genre. After learning to navigate, it becomes a decent game. Only 3 stars atm because the active graphics are sub-par. The historical value makes up for some of what it's lacking.
This is an interesting game. It's fun to play and easy to understand. Only drawback is the amount of timers you can receive and getting enough talent points for legendary commanders. Unless you buy them you might as well forget about upgrading them. But overall a solid fun game.
Typical turn based game. It's not difficult to get a good start though. The graphics are pretty good. However, you will have to spend real money to truelly excel. It's worth playing...
I been playing this game for a few years now I do spend money on the game to help support war and peace and support the developers team. I would say they need to make it easyer to get hold of the new equipment with out having to spend money it very hard to level up the new equipment with out spending real money. New updated as of right now don't always allow me to login I do hope they fix this soon
The latest update isn't just bad it really indicates the developers are terrible people. It does nothing to make game play better but it does make it much easier to accidently spend all gold on something you don't want. Look...I know games need to make money. I get it. But this game has went far past that. It attempts to make it so you accidently have to spend money. I still play because I have a lot of friends here but will never play another erublic game and you shouldn't either
Installed the game but does not work. It loads and when done tells me to chose between union and confederacy. However clicking either button seems to do nothing. It does make a clicking sound and the button press is animated but the screen stays the same with no other effects.
Along with teeny-tiny text and random disconnects, it's an Evony clone, down to the bullies who sink their entire lives into the game and will repeatedly raid you to the bedrock. If you've played Evony, State of Survival, Chief Almighty, Kings of Avalon or any other such Empire-building game, then you've played War and Peace. But at least the photos and the historical aspect are pretty neat.
This game is fun, however, you can get bored quickly. The game play is quite slow and the graphics could use more detail. Nevertheless, you can also learn a ton of interesting facts about key figures during the Civil War. From a historical standpoint, the game is spot on.
Yet another waste of time game by this developer. You get way behind unless you spend money. The way to fix this is to have servers for paid players who spend over a 100 USD and other servers for those that don't. Or servers with no option to purchase and servers with option to purchase at the games start. Paid and unpaid servers shouldn't interact in games. This is the only way to keep the game play fair for all players. Until they do this I will never play another game by this developer.
not enough dollar packs, events seem short & sweet, which is nice. Same rts formula as most games, so if that's what you're into it's solid I guess. some mini games & more opportunities for more rewards would be nice
This is agood game. When I began, it was easy to upgrade and do many things like upgrading. Also, I realised of how much gold I got without paying a single penny. I had like 2000 gold in just my first day of playing. Very Addidictive.
Game is nothing but a money trap. If you lose your shield you get attacked and.lose all your troops to the hospital or prison and itll.cost you hundreds of dollars to hell.and parole. No other game does that ,in the others you have a choice to put up a defense or not if you don't your troops are safe not here. Also only game where your troops go into your prison for losing a fight why don't make sense to imprison your own troops the have to pay hundreds of dollars to release them. EAT ME
It's a great game. Not entirely a pay to win game like most are nowadays. Sure you can buy gold to upgrade faster but that's about it. I would only add 2 things: A building to craft equipment since its entirely hard to get equipment. And daily rewards, such as a daily spin with various rewards or something of the sort.
It's a ghost town in this state 35, y'all must do something and fast. It's kill event and we are all just sitting around. That's the whole purpose of this genre of game is kill events. We all have invested money and time here and I feel ripped off honestly. I want added players or 140.00 back. To me this is sorta fraudulent, we invested money in good faith you would fill the state. Come on guys
So do you have to spend money to level anything up to be competitive? I'm not going to play a game that I can't level up without spending money. Cool game but I can't compete with what are apparently some very rich people.
pretty great game! almost exactly like the Final fantasy one except people don't troll and slaughter you. I love that its Civil War setting too! I wonder if it would be possible for them to make one in like a star wars setting/theme too? Thanks for making a great game!
Admittedly, the gameplay is a little blah. It's your run-of-the-mill free mobile game, with training units and doing tycoon type stuff. However, the community is great, and really welcoming (well, for the most part.) The animations for sokdiers marching and stuff are kind of compressed and really choppy, likely due to limitations (it is, after all, a mobile game), but the artwork for the generals and unit icons is fantastic. TLDR: Great art, great community, just kinda bland gameplay.
Terrible experience with players violating terms of service. Developers do nothing to stop it. I have emailed the issues, again nothing is done.
Wap major problem is glitches and dev updates going badly and then always acting dumb on the issue, a it seem an initial computer generated response and then asking players for more and more information on these issues, bad updates and a total lack of empathy from dev towards the players continues to annoy the people playing this game
Changed my mind to 4 stars had it at 2 stars was hard to understand game at first, but it grew on me!! nice game to play to pass some time
It's a standard pay to win game with unholy build and upgrade times. At a certain point it's 30 seconds of play for 3+ hours of waiting for it to build unless you have the money to buy speed ups constantly. It's nothing special, just to waste some time. Neat little theme though.
