Wargame 1st Bull Run 1861
It was the first major battle of the American civil war. Both sides expected a crushing victory and the end of the war. What they got was a near Confederate defeat turned to a victory, but nothing decisive enough. There followed 4 more years of conflict.
This wargame allows you to play either side against the computer, or hotseat against another player.
There is a map of the Bull Run battlefield divided into hexagons, each representing about 500 yards across
The combat units are regimental, with each figure representing 100 men or 10 guns.
Victory is achieved by the capture of flagged areas on the map (the flag indicates ownership) and also inflicting more losses.
The game can be played with fog of war on or off, and varying options can be set for the AI.

very small icons does not enlarged well on the phone and when enlarged too much bouncing side to side on the to be able to move the units
It's a great game of tactics and they are different things that happen in each battle very good game and make more game's like this one give this game respact
can't play the game always says game is not saved so better look into it was causing the problem.

Game freezes. But you know that.
If played as the Union, it will freeze on the sixth turn especially if the Union is routing the Confedracy. I've been waiting three days for it to unfreeze. I played as the Confederacy four days ago with no issues. The green hexagon is too big. The unit block are too small so it is hard to select them.
It's short, challenging, and has an excellent replay value. I highly suggest this! I will admit it can be blocky and cluggy on occasion, but it's still a great game as far as "free-to-play" goes. Each new game can be random and engaging or the player can play over and over again perfect a specific yet effective strategy for both sides. Just because The Union has a large force doesn't mean it's gonna be a cake walk and vice-versa! (Well The Confederatecy is small, but the point is this game is a challenge.)
Like a lot of comments freezes on turn 6. Want this game but annoyed there no update or comments from makers since its release. Was looking forward to this game but have to delete :(
For my 1st try I won. Some units did lockup. After a few games I'm sure it'll get easier to follow. I really enjoyed it.
I love the way this game is set up, but I constantly freezes up and stops responding. I would consider getting the pay game but would be extremely irritated if it started freezing.
I reaaaally like this, i think you should try making an upgraded version, where you can actually see your troups firing and walking and stuff, sort of like the total war series, but for the ps4, cuz sony is indie friendly!! I would deffinitly play it if you could accomplish that!
Its awesome and I hope you do more of this style of software. The other games were not as immersive as 1st Battle of Bull Run and your Gettysburg scenario is amazing and is 5 stars as well. Please do more!
The game is good but one night it worked the next morning; just a black screen

Very fun. Minor bug: one of my games had to be abandoned because it would freeze up when I tried to end turn. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me.
When first opened game I wasnt to sure about it. Although once I learned controls I was hooked. So don't judge it from first appearance
Was enjoying the game, but now freezes each time I get to Turn 6. Will uninstall soon if not patched.
This game is way better then civil war conflicts. I the developer keeps making these.
The game is nice to play but the ai is slooooow and the hole game freez now and then. It requires a great deal of patients
This is fantastic until it freezes, every game it freezes after same number of turns, please fix, 4stars until it gets fixed
I like the game quite a bit but on a G3 the black results box and green troop mover are far too small and you can't make them bigger. Fix that and it's 5 stars.
I love the app and it's design, BUT, when played on my phone LG Motion, the green hex stays too big and if I have regiments in the South, southeast, and East sides of hex I Cannot select them! Bummer about the way that is. I even bought the Gettysburg app and would buy now battles all day (! Chancellorsville !) We gotta fix this. Pleeeeease! Thank you! I've had no other problems.
This is great but I wish that I could play Pixel soldiers for free but I lost my money so please next time promise that you could create new games make sure you do it for free pliz.....thank you.
It's a great game but that green hexagon is always in the bottom right of the screen so you can only select top and top left units.
great game, but I guess that you need to be Confederate in order to play through to the end. playing as Union causes app to get hung up on your 6th turn. would give 5 stars if this was fixed.
