Warlords - Turn Based Strategy

The game used to be pretty awesome but I'm pretty sure it's changed ownership quite often. This last change means I can't access my account or any of my progress. There's no point in even trying to restart because the game knows I played in the past and doesn't give me the option to start a new account, just contact support or contact support, literally 2 similar buttons that take you to a page that requires you to login with an account I apparently don't have? This is a well deserved 1 star.

I've played and stopped and played again since this game was released. There is just something about it and the rare quality it has especially for a mobile game. It is easily in my top three games overall. ***Great work Devs. My only request would be to have a more in-depth storyline. It needs a heroes journey. ***

In-game prices are a bit higher than is wise, but the free to play experience is excellent. Needs better alliance recruitment options and slightly better balance for some regiments. Still excellent. Strongly recommend.

Game could use some improvements (less randomness due to criticals, more meaningful PvP where scores would matter, more competition events, fix some bugs). It feels unfinished in some regards but still is one of best turn based strategy games, and while it has no relation and mostly no similarities, battlefield tactics do remind of heroes of might and magic.

used to play this game years ago and i remember really enjoying it. wellp i still enjoy it ;D tis a good game to pass some time, completely free to play, and my favorite thing bout it is that it doesnt force u to log in regulary, like in almost every other mobile online game nowadays. u can just play it once a week and u wont be underpowered cuz u didnt play every day and missed some events. 5/5

Good game play and tactical style play. I can't afford to pay for anything. If you desire fast level up have disposable income . Free is a slow crawl for obvious results in progess.

This game is a great example of a casual step-by-step strategy with a well developed storyline and addictive gameplay. Technical issues are resolved fairly quickly.

Loved the game until you get to Level 14. It's impossible to update further if you are not spending money. They never offer gold and tou go into new lands and update equipment it is way too expensive

Second bad review since first one disappeared. Alliance has no leader cannot replace. If you start a battle and have to leave you will lose the points you needed to fight. Enemies have nearly unlimited move points making ranged fighters worthless. Most poorly made game in existence! Support is usual useless idiots

This game reminds me of the tabletop miniatures game Mageknight by Wizkids. As a former warlord, this game seems to pick up where the miniatures game finished. Just plain awesome!

Two times the game gone to infinite loading - nothing helped, I tried to clear all data and download saves from Google game account - again infinite loading, started game from scratch and got infinite loading after 2 hours. Overall, if you could play - it's descent game

I grew up playing a demo game on my parents Mac, you only got so many turns. This game is similar, but not quite what I'm looking for, you still have limited turns. But that good I guess

Good performance, pretty good turn-based strategy mechanics for mobile, little bit primitive combats and lack of content diversity but decent game in overall

I've just started playing and so far the game is going well. Nice graphics and the gameplay is smooth. The turn based fighting is relatively easy to pick up. I haven't gone far enough yet to make it to the alliance hall. Eagerly awaiting to see what that will bring to the game.

pretty cool game, been looking for something like this for a.long time. keeps you busy when you get bored. plus who doesn't like kicking orc a$$

Cash grab the game mechanics aren't random they're engeneered to take at least one of your troops out to get you to spend coins ever since inno games took over. Oh and don't have an extended break they whipe your acc out ( no matter if you've spent $'s or not). They are to cheap to upgrade thier servers and that brings me to the atrocious connection issue. They should try spending some of the real money they make fixing thier bloody servers.

The game is ok, in a way that if feels exactly like the adds that showed it to me, which is a good thing to begin with. Could be better with rewards, but overall a good game. Needs confirmation buttons when spending premium currency, You can end up accidentally spending premium currency and you don't get a confirmation. Can be an annoyance if you do end up buying any of it, and spend it in the wrong items. It also has some problems reconnecting if you for some reason lose your connection mid game, but it happens a lot less than it did, to be fair. There was some improvement since previous versions.

Remarkably boring. It turns the simplest Skinner Box crank well in the early game, then it turns into an exhausting grind in its middle game. I can imagine it being dynamic, eventually. But I can't spend any more time looking for the game underneath the repetition. If you like playing the same handful of chess endgames over and over again, so that you can play them again with slightly different pieces, then This Game Is For YOU! I wanted to enjoy it, but it feels like a job I'm paying to work at. Very high quality production (very!). Sadly empty gameplay.

Unique mobile game. I was hoping for something more like Heroes of Might and Magic 3, as the combat system in this game would be great in that style of gameplay. I hate time gates and most of the game is repetitive. Similar maps, challenges, progression, etc. I recommend checking it out for novelty's sake, but I won't continue playing.

This game is more tactical than I expected from a mobile game. It still has a bit of a loot treadmill so that you can just outlevel a difficult section and stomp it for increased rewards, but since the game doesn't play lots of ads it makes sense that the have some way of making money off of this. Unit recovery times are based on how damaged they were in a battle, so there's a natural rubber band effect on how quickly you can run through the missions.

This game has been a huge surprise. When you start you think its just a simple turn based strategy but then you unlock the next region,upgrade your troops and capture the first boss camp. Before you know it your stuck in the loop of amazing yet simple tactics during battles. And days have passed. Thats why this game is amazing. Its fun,easy to learn and a its not riddled with ads. While you can purchase things in the game i haven't found the need to. All in all its a fun game. Try it.

It's all okay, nothing spectacular. However, the biggest problem is that it's not at parity with the iOS version, where you can watch videos to skip certain refresh/upgrade times. On Android you have to use currency to do the same thing. Feels dishonest, and puts Android users at a disadvantage for time sensitive missions, such as brigand island. Close to uninstalling if this doesn't get addressed soon. EDIT: in response to the dev's comment: My friend and I started playing literally 1 day apart. He is on iOS, I'm on Android, and I started the day before he did. He gets video rewards to help him out, I don't. So, it's not all new players. Want to try again?

The game play is very fun, but eventually you hit a wall where the enemies are too strong, and you are constantly waiting for troops to respawn, and the only way to actually get items or play battles is to pay for in game currency. Nothing wrong with in game purchases, but my problem is when the only way to play is with micro transactions

An overall enjoyable game, but with a few issues. I'm encountering an issue where, after completing a Tavern mission, the screen can't load back into the main screen, so I have to reload the app to continue. This makes things very tedious when I want to do Tavern missions. Also, once I've pressed Start Battle in a Tavern mission, there's a period beford the game actually starts where you can accidentally click a unit and dismiss them. Would be great if something could be done to prevent that.

This is addictive...so addictive I had to uninstall it. What a fun, multifaceted game! Excellent graphics, easy control, mostly intuitive design, and you don't need to buy to advance if you don't want to. Each victory unfolds more of the map, and there are several ways to earn coins and upgrades. Always something to keep your interest, also always an enemy you need to be a little stronger to beat...great game.

The game can be a grind-heavy at certain points. Especially when you go up against enemies with 300+ that do ability slam and kill your entire team. It's too overpowered, especially when it takes a character one turn to reach you. The effect needs to be changed for better balance. Edit: The Brigand Islands need to be tested. Someone needs to play certain levels and explain how can you get three awards. Level 41 is a very good example. Still love this addicting as game. Watched all the ads till they run dry.
