Ok but a lot of room for improvement. More choices. Ability to pause or rewind. On the good side it's clear, deals with most body parts (doesn't do quads and arms though so I add those) and is efficient
Great straightforward warm uo schedule. Good exlanation of each exercise. There's a timer but also the option to move on to the next exercise if you finish quicker. Thanks, useful app to warm up before an exercise session.
Just tried it- feeling a lot less stiff now! Only quibble: consider slowing down the animations. I keep wanting to increase my speed to match the animations despite the instructions telling me to go slow!
Day 2: This is by far the worst app experience I've ever installed. The 1st day reviewed the workout exercises quite well, but today I found there was no review of those exercises. If you have a photogenic memory then go for it. For the rest of us, this app is horrible! God luck if you deside to download it anyway.
So easy to do and you'd see results! It'd be a 5 if there are variations. I checked the option for variations but every time it's the same sets for the workout.
The app was the one I was looking for all the way round. A very useful aap to kickstart you exercise. The warmup exercise are really helpful. Thank you for developing such a nice app.👍
This app is very difficult to use. And it has a very kiddish simple but not the good simple look. The app is not smooth either and the colors are horrible. The steps are difficult and not simple warm ups.
It's ok. The routines are the same every day. If you click on the auto mode to change up the routines, nothing happens. It just remains on the same routines.
This is a perfect routine for me and my son. It is probably pretty easy for most but it is still a little painful and difficult for me (because i have arthritis and fibromyalgia) but it is doable!
The visuals are great. I am working on flexibility and am older and slightly disabled. These exercises are perfect!
Good app to use and descent rate to accomplish our health fitness and. To fix the contemporary joints which are deliberately weak since it has become my partner who selflessly helped me in the workout.i felt the instance of the calm relaxation after the accomodation of the exercises.it was an good experience.
The app deserves a 5 star but I'll give it 3 for now since the UI has not been made responsive to every devices. The next button at the bottom is always covered by my navigation button.
With a Sony Xperia XZ2 and Android 10 on the bottom the navigation from Android overlaps with the buttons from the app. It is not so easy to press the Done button. Please fix it.
Simple and functional warmup app. Need to add cool down exercises as well. Very neat interface and easy to understand animated images.
does what itnsays on the tin ... a simple warm up routine, no ads during (one before and one after), top to toe. great way to wake up.
Doesn't give you a preview of the exersizes, doesn't tell you how long it'll take, do the times change every day? Doesn't give you any information at all it just says, "start". I run on time limits. I'm not going to use something that's never going to tell me how long it'll take and I'm certainly not going to waste my time figuring it out. Additionally, I have lists of exercises that don't work for me. Can you customize the exercises at all? No. So no thank you. Immediately Deleted.
One of the best apps for warmup. Simple and powerful. Would be great to have opportunity to increase number of repeates.
Pretty mediocre but it gets simple after you added it in your daily routine it actually helps me get flexible using this app for a month now and now I don't feel like a rusty cog..... this is a first step for me to adapt an active lifestyle
Simply and fairly easy. I feel it streaches most of your major muscles. I would definatly recommend it.
first time I can feel the heat. If you don't exercise much, the pictures/guy doing to routine doesn't show you how to do it easily.

Worked gd for 2-3 days til it messed up my back! I already hd occasional bk pain frm injury i gt frm a light fall abt 15 yrs ago. Since thn, much to dismay of doctors & I, I've pt on weight. They all say best cure4 weight loss=exercise! It'd improve a host of ailments currently hv(acute chronic nerve pain, diabetes, depression, anxiety,etc.) Bk gv out upon touching toes while standing as directed in-app. Worse move in the world. Pain went frm muscular to nerve, dull to acute. ASK DR B4!!

The application is good but the design is not. It needs better animations and good design to be no.1
Excellent for brief warmup exercises, which btw, are very effective. But very limited options. Opportunities for improvement - 1. add a few more exercises 2. add a pause button 3. add option to select/reorganize/replace exercises (i.e. I end up skipping floor exercises when outdoors, but would like to make up the time w/3-4 standing replacements). Otherwise great app!
