I have a problem with the UI of this app. I sometimes accidentally tap the figure, which means a new exercise pops up. The "previous" and "next" symbols look misleading, because instead of prompting to return to my previous exercise (because I suddenly clicked it), it just shows a whole new exercise. Much worse, it even increases the timer. I don't know what's going on with the coding. Even the timer has a problem too, because it goes to negative when the timer passes. It looks lazily coded.
This app is great. I have the free version. & I love it. It does exactly what it says. It give u warm ups, & cool downs. U can choose how long u want it to be. It shows you how to do each thing it has a voice to text to tell you when you begin to tell you what to get ready for and nothing more. There are no interrupted ads.
I love this app. It allows me to change an exercise easily without skipping a beat. I don't jump because of balance issues. It gives it something else other than jumping jacks. I do the cool down after my Kettle Bells workout. Today I have no stiffness after yesterday's workout. Considering I am 75, that is very good. I am proof you are never too old to take care of your body.
great app. has tons of variation as you extend length of workout. would give 5 stars if it varied exercises each day even at short intervals. I use 5 mins cuz that's all I really need to warm up. so I currently get the same warm up each day and it gets a bit boring. would be nice to have it mixed up.
It's a great app that gives u a set of exercises to warm up before ur main exercise, but it would be much better if it gave a small description of how to do each exercise when they tell u to do them. A count down at the end of each exercise would also be helpful.
The warm up section features exercises that exist in other fitify apps such as the cardio. I mean if you've got other fitify apps you can litterally use it to put together a warmup set. The cool down part of the app however is spot on. So, since half of the app makes sense, I give it 3 stars.
A nice warm up before I move on to the upper body, lower body, and core apps from the same developer (fitify). These apps are proving invaluable during lockdown (I am missing my regular club gym classes).... far better than I would have imagined. A great suite of apps.
I am using free version. It is one of best app for work-outs. I had browsed so many app. It has some special settings for how much time you want to perform Warm-up, Cool-down exercises. Unique of its type. Love this app.
Great warm up and cooldown guide for those who are beginners in marathon running like me! very easy to use, lightweight in phone and clear and easy to follow! ads are not disruptive for me. will definitely try other apps by fitify! keep it going!
Easy to use, good mix of exercises/stretches. Annoying ad music cuts of whatever you're playing when you finish, an odd "well done".I also use three other apps this developer created, all of which 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
The exercises are basic and repeat the same 4 or 5 over and over. Some more variety would be good - stretches and so on. That said it does the job, but I will be looking for something that covers everything.
Good, simple, free up. Nothing fancy; does what it says on the tin. Exercises get a little repetitive but I am using it just to guide my warm up routine pre-gym and for that it works fine.
.... sooo frustrated right now! this app is so awesone... but did you guys think that someone will want to play music with speakers when training????? --- now I cant turn off thr voive assistant and the other option which makes a beep sound!! come on people... I dont a voice assistant or any beeping sounds... I want the app to mute so I can play music when exercising now the annoyi g beep and voice assistant sounds is playing on my speakers? ...is that right?
I love all the fitify apps. They are easy to use and a good choice of exercises. The only downside I can find is that there is no count down to the end of the exercise like the is on the main app. Put that in and I will give 5*
The app works great but doing push-ups as the 4th exercise without warming up your wrists, elbows, shoulders etc... That's kinda irresponsible. I've yet to find a warmup exercise session that was not created for highly active athletes that do two Jumping Jacks and are already warm.
This app used to be awesome but since a few days it keeps randomly stopping in the middle of the warm up/cool down and just goes back to the main screen for no apparent reason. That makes it unusable.
I think this app is best for preparing and cool down for motocross and other sports. ı can understand movements easy. I am waiting display updated for better view.
Great at warming up pre workout and cool down post workout 💪 😀 thanks. I cast this app to project onto my smart tv and whammy its now playing on mu TV screen. All workout should begin with warm-ups and end with cool down to avoid muscle spasms and being overly sore the following day.
I find it easy to use, adds are unobtrusive and the programmes quite varied. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent source of information. Clear mini videos of each exercise either to warm up or to cool down.
I love all the Fitfy apps. Easy to follow and such good value (even the bits you pay for). My only wish is they would add a pause button!
easy to use and don't need special equipment. I use for warm up and cool down and I enjoy it. No fuss, no mess. Nicely laid out and even has timers that most apps forget about
I absolutely love Fitify apps, always have. Very easy to use, even along with your own music.
I use this app to warm up before doing any workout. I love it. I can customize which exercises i do as well as for how long & rest periods.
Hi im a legit user of this app. It really helps me a lot before I do my workout. I can't feel any muscle pain now because this app helps me to warm up my muscle and cool it down after my workout. You should try it too.
I lift weights. This app allows me to tailor a warmup to every weight session. And it walks me through the cool down and stretching.
I have been searching for a good warm up and cool down video for some time now and I have always been disappointed with the ones I found. fortunately this app is exactly what I have been looking for. THE SEARCH IS OVER.
Theoretically, randomising exercises is a great idea as you do get heartily sick of doing the same warm up and cool down every session. However, the app repeats the same exercises, either consecutively or every other exercise. If I wanted my warm up to be 3 jumping jacks, 2 low jumping jacks and 3 squat and reach, I might as well go for a run. Thank goodness for the fast forward, however annoying it is to keep returning to the phone when I want to concentrate on the exercises.
