The app was easy to use... I took the pictures and submitted. The only thing was after the submission it kept giving me an error as if the submission didn't work, but I see all three claims listed on the app so it did work successfully, it just continually gave me an error unnecessarily. Hence why I gave it 3 stars.

The app is very broken. You send an email saying no password needed to login. Then it says you need a password to log into the app. The password reset says my email is not in the system but it's the same email I used to sign up and same one I got an email from your system saying I don't need a password. Your system seems broken or purposefully designed to not allow people to make warranty claims. Please fix.

Easy to use. Better than the website. Super easy to find in the menues the issue our couch had and just selected from the menu, then to take a photo of the problem, with a spring issue it was programed to allow a video. Very easy to use thank you nice job ;)

Super easy method to submit a claim. I couldn't find my paperwork, but the system looked it up. I uploaded photos and video of product damage. Super simple. I just hope the resolution of the claim is as smooth as the filing of the claim.

Very easy to use the app. The only issue I run into is the error message that the network connection is not working, so I have to submit claim and details again after closing the app and restarting it. Customer service is very very friendly!

Horrible, it takes 3 or 4 times of re entering the same information and the same pictures before the apps accepts my information, then customers service denies the claim because of something you put wrong when you filed the claim after spending hours just trying to enter the same information over and over. They need to get better on this.

It was super easy to submit my claim and I didn't have to bother with long wait times on the phone. I have a toddler and sometimes phone calls can be hard to fit in and stay focused on. My only complaint is I wish it showed photos of the sofa parts I was confused on the exact part I needed to select to show the damage as what I would call it did not line up with what they call it.

Pretty easy to submit but they need to be better about communication with claims. I had to reschedule a repair and could never get back in contact with them. Had to submit a whole new claim about 8 weeks later after never hearing back about the original claim.

Warranty Service does not honor their 5 years warranty contract. I have 2 years left on my contract and because I had extreme problems sending my information with their website. My contract says that I have 30 days to send pictures. But I got an email from them saying that I have only 14 days not 30 days. DO NOT Waste your money on a warranty that doesn't hold up their end of the contract.

The latest update caused the app to stop working. Also, I have been waiting for weeks after submitting my claim, and still no one has contacted me, even though the app shows that my claim submission is complete and awaiting approval. No word.

I had four items for which I filed extra claims on each item. I truly APPRECIATE the THOROUGHNESS of the claims process, especially the video where you can more easily and accurately show the problem. This is, to me a great way to file a claim! 5 stars!

The apps great . However the experience with it not so great . We paid for our warranty an we get messaged due to high volume your processing our claim but dont know when you will get to it . Well them how about a replacement because we paid money for the furniture and the warranty per item .

What a joke! After technician assigned to fix the problem nobody showed up and when I tried to call the phone number wasn't working at all. Personally I will never buy value city furniture or their warranty it is waste of time and money.

This warranty service is awful. If you're closing to the end of your warranty, they'll seem it "normal wear and tear" even if it's a recurring issue they neglected to fix the first few times. What a rip off.

app doesn't provide info. It asked me to agree to terms and conditions but when I go to read their terms and conditions the app says it's not available. I don't want to agree to something that I cannot even see what it is that I am agreeing to . And I don't understand why the warranty doesn't show me in the app the information that is needed about what is covered and not covered . The only thing it shows me is the number of my agreement and the total value of it .

I had a bad experience from them buying warranty, when you need them they dont help and their customer service agent are an professional puting you on hold and then never resume the call. The also dont identifie them when they answering the customer phone.
