Devs: nice app, can you please add a preparation timer to use while putting gloves on? It's difficult to start the timer when geared up to train.

This the best app i found to practice for my champion ship and it is good to have round number so when i wear my gear it will continue without getting them off but i did not know what is the warning what is it for ?
