Last order was terrible. Philadelphia was weird, so it just goes in trash. It's ok, everyone have bad, I can understand it... I tried speak with the manager and got response, that they check situation, but not more. After I also realized that my order lack of 1 cola and wrote them again. But they ignore clients at all.
So. To describe the experience, just imagine a Friday afternoon, you're feeling hungry, and you decide to order some sushi. The app is horrible, menu doesn't appear unless you restart the app a few times. We choose 2 sets of sushi x2. Before we ordered, we checked and all was well. After ordering, we checked and our double orders were not there, just 1 of each. Alright, no big deal, we decided to call and ask for extra. As I write this it's been 2 hours and 2 minutes since we made the order.
