First time using Washe and they cancelled on my twice before the 3rd person accepted. Then the estimated time to arrival was inaccurate, it took the person an extra 20 minutes to arrive. I even called him and it was a language barrier between us, so he said text him on the app, but he wasn't very responsive. Then he arrived and started on my vehicle and left the key with me and forgot to wipe the side floor panels. I will use the services again because its convenient and price is reasonable.

Good service. Showed up within the time frame noted. Detailer to a great job. The only part I found difficult was trying to schedule the wash at a different location other than where my phone location noted. It took a couple of tries to get it set. maybe I missed it but I would love to include multiple cars on the same account. Other than that it was a great service.

so many issues with the app from a sub contractor perspective. 1) I don't know what client im agreeing to before accepting 2) I don't know what service im agreeing to before accepting 3) I don't know the location of the client before accepting. They literally were sending me to a location 25 miles away without informing me of the needed service. Sorry but I'm not looking to drive 45 minutes for 20 dollars after fees. 4) customer support is ineffective. No phone... sorry but very unsatisfied

I rate the service 5 stars - unbeatable value to have professionals come to you to clean your car. A huge convenience. My 3-star rating refers to the app, which needs some small improvements. First, when chatting with a Washer, every word is automatically capitalized as you type (annoying as hell, to be honest). Second, when you are waiting for a Washer to be confirmed, it displays their ETA as 0 minutes, which is confusing. Just some thing's to fix!

I tried ordering a car wash, entered make & model and a window popped up saying 'NO NETWORK CONNECTION'. No matter how many times I turned my wifi off & on, it wouldn't work. I tried calling Washé and it rang 3 times and then I got the busy signal. There is no customer support.

this is one of the worst app there is,there is no customer service if you have a problem you will not be able to call no one..app charged me for someone who showed up and didnt wash my car he just left but i got changed..this is the secound time i use this and has been the worst experience i have had....you're better off going somewhere eles and having a better experience

Worse app ever, wasn't able to even enter my phone number, some not frirendly at all error kept popping up. Wondering how many customers they have lost, seen some ads about this app, guess they should've made sure first the app worked before spending that money.

The app will continually re-authorize your credit or debit card each time your request is assigned to a new detailer. This resulted in $600 being held on my card for several days. Customer support was useless and just gave canned responses. The detail job was lackluster and on par with what you can get at the local car washes for 1/4 the cost! Stay away.

Garbage. Washer's get assigned and constantly cancel with no penalty on them. I have waited one hour for an assigned Washer to arrive. Shows ETA 0 minutes. Washer doesn't answer or respond. And now I have to pay $10 because the app is frozen and I don't want them to come anymore? Don't waste your time or money. Use local services instead. Just look on Yelp or Google. Uninstalled and reported to credit card.

Terrible service. washer came out and washed two vehicles for me $30 each vehicle for a regular wash. I trusted they would do a good job so i didn't watch them. When i was ready use my vehicles they were both still dirty. extremely poor quality wash. not even tire shine was used. rims still had brake dust. rearview mirrors had water spots. Do not use this service.

Have to agree with other users. Gave info and signed up to find out not available in my area. Opened a support ticket to delete my account, received an email that a ticket was created, then received an email asking to rate the support I received. No confirmation that my issue had been resolved.

Their service is pathetic. Hardly any washer available. After some washer accepted, just 12 minutes before the appointment time he cancelled it. Unreliable service. Looks like more personal data and credit card information gathering app than a genuine service or business.

App is unreliable, scheduled a car wash and then the next day received a notification that my appointment was cancelled. All my personal info is stored in the app.

The worst services. I have requested multiple washes several different days and times and never get a wash. I have requested a wash in Downtown Phoenix should have multiple people in the area and still nothing. But they will always be so quick to charge you if you NEVER get there service. Absolute trash appt and service.

Try to log back into my account, and it's impossible. It says my phone number is taken. None of my emails connect me. I lost so many rewards and no customer service. Stay the hell away from this app.

Easy to use. Not 5 stars because the app lagged behind tremendously the location and arrival status of the detailer.

Fantastic app. It's so hard to find a good had wash and before this app, it was always very inconvenient. All my washes and experiences gave been great.

false advertising and they were suppose to add more zip codes from the release but haven't seen anything since. no Van's in Arizona but one. drivers use their own vehicle. I will no longer use this service. it is unfair to the washers as nothing is done even though you guys promised them stuff.

webt to go install the app and check out the app. Was forcing me to enter my phone number tried entering my number it came up with these weird words and symbols pressed okay so many times it did not work. Quickly uninstalling..... these reviews are saying a lot

Never have an issue with someone being late or not showing up at all. Always on time and professional. I'm a busy person and Washe makes things a bit easier. Even got someone to come out at 8am on Christmas Eve last year!

I requested a wash at my job. Gave them 3+ hours to show up. They decided to not come over until 30 left of my shift for a 45 min wash and wax. They were still 25 minutes away. This would have made me late by an hour. Then they want to charge you. 10 fee to cancel for them being late and not showing up

Worse service! Dirty from my car was smeared all over my car. My brand new car should have never looked so bad after a car wash. The person spot washed my car with a waterless system. I will never use this service again.

Terrible it makes you fill out all your details including a credit card, then says it isn't available in your city! Say that up front.

i downloaded the app and im stuck on the update phone number part. i tried it on an iPhone as well and several different numbers with different area codes and still doesnt work.

These guys are always professional, do an outstanding job. I prefer to tip cash to help the washers out more.

Issues logging in. Keeps saying my phone number is already in use. It ask to verify my account by a code that's sent by text. It Never arrives. So disappointed

I signed up for an exterior wash . The detailer showed up on time and did a great job . I will use this service again .

Beware! - $10.00 for a simple cancelation fee, that's greed! What a gimmick for raising a quick buck. Washe, I requested different service within minutes. Zero warning anywhere about this fee, doubtful it's even lawful.

App works, just their "contract worker" is horrible. No way you can see if the worker is good like in Urber. No way for me to leave details on their work. They have no obligation to do good job. I'm trying to report the guy, but whole process is a pain. Paid for a clay and detail. He skip on claying quickly. He did whole job in 1hour and 30 min. I have him on my dash camera. I never had anyone did my suv under 2.5 hours. I also do my own detail, but been working and chose this path.

Tried to use it multiple times, couldn't get anyone available. You guys should probably update your areas and specify where you are available.
