The app does not work on my phone. I have a galaxy s22+ and every time I try to open the app all I get is a white screen with a small logo. It doesn't change, and never loads anything else. Does not work, need this fixed asap
I keep getting can't verify credentials when I try to sign in. App randomly stops working.
I want my original app back! I am also just seeing a white screen! Any fixes yet? Suggestions? Answers from the developer?
This App used to work like it should. Most of the time now you can't even log in. It just says " call for assistance ". I'd say, 80% of the time this happens.. This has been going on for well over a year now. Absolute joke. I have jeanne darc also, and their app works perfectly every single time. Never an issue.
App not working. I have not been able to open it for nearly a week, even with reinstall.
It's been crashing on me lately I may need to try to reload an older version of the app
Awesome application to check your statements, list of purchases, transfers and my favorite deposit checks! No more trips to the local bank just to deposit a check save a lot of time.
It's good when it actually works but the most recent version that I tried keeps crashing no sooner than I open it.
Crashes more than a third world airliner... Will not allow screenshots of error messages... how convenient!!!
Its great when it works, but its a unclickable homescreen more often than not.
Works as described, not 5 stars because sometimes it takes a few shots for checks.
It was easy and secure to sign in and easy to see all accounts.
now does work with Android 9. at some point this was fixed. thanks

You can submit any forms on this app. Would give 5 stars if I could acccess forms without going to site

If its not working for you and only has a white screen when you try and start it. Log into online banking using a computer. Go to online banking and remove all devices that have acesss. Then add the device your using again. The app finally is working again. Hope to help some out that may be having issues with whitescreen on app launch.
