The Washington State Fair is one of the biggest fairs in the world, and the largest in the Pacific Northwest. The Fair, which started in 1900, now welcomes over one million guests to enjoy star-studded entertainment, the Washington State Fair Rodeo, rides for all ages, exhibits, delicious Fair food, flowers, art, crafts and animals during the 21-day event in September.

It's extremely slow to load anything. And then when it does load, the whole app is laggy. It keeps crashing whenever I tap Free Fun. The food section is extremely laggy. And to top it all off? It gets rid of your favorites (that you just spent half an hour selecting because of this slow app) every time you close the app. What kind of app does that?! What's the point of even having this app if it gets rid of your favorites! SAVE THEM FFS.
Whomever designed this must have been the lowest bidder, or been given very crappy specs and had a terrible user interface specialist. There is no gps integration, no way to interact with the very low res map in a meaningful way that helps you find what you are looking for, it is slow to load, and you cant get building names. For the proce the fair charges, lack of weekend dizzy passes, extended days etc, i expected way more from the app. People can find things, they will buy more stuff.
Download and install were quick. And that was it, as far as speed is concerned. Tried to look up the day's events and got to watch a cute ferris wheel spin and spin and spin. When the Event screen displayed, I attempted to see which events were free today and saw a lovely little ferris wheel spin and spin and spin. Events finally displayed and as I scrolled past the first item onto the second, the list of events vanished and I witnessed a dainty ferris wheel again spinning and... Deleted.
Semi-useless. It does show a map, and if you know the name of the exhibit you're looking for then it can usually guess where it is. Its schedule information is so incomplete as to be visiting.
Barely lasted a few minutes. Now on launch it's just a white empty screen, even after a force quit. It's impressive how bad this is.
The pics of the maps are great. Yes, the pics that don't appear in the app. It's new, I get it. Be nice to have come Spring Fair. That's all, for now.
Won't open, keeps crashing. Wouldn't download, now just says "Something went wrong", can't get past red launch screen!
This is a useless app! The map shows no names. It is NOT interactive. I got more out of the paper map they handed out at the door.

This year was a terrible experience for my wife and me. It was put out in the news that they were strictly informing the mask up policy. We went to the fair and about 60% of the people were abiding by the mandate. Others were walking without masking. The police were seen standing around doing nothing. Washington State Fair committee "Put up or Shut up" if you say you are going to make sure of the masking policy do it! Businesses are fine for non compliance!! Financial gain over public safty?

Only crashes, not on wifi
Only opened once or twice, otherwise consistently crashed and did nothing. The map was incomplete and not useful. No benefit at all over the paper you get at the entrance. Good theory, hopefully they have time to actually work on this app and get it working for next year.
Does not appear to work, a real disappointment. Either this was rushed to development, or was never tested
I like the design of the app and the information is useful. The worst part of this app is the lag. All information takes a long time to load. I've tried multiple devices, Wi-Fi, and mobile to see if there was a difference. None. I uninstalled this app. Attempting to plan anything using this app is a complete waste of time. I'll continue using the website directly or the paper maps provided at the fair.
