This app needs to be updated. with my current phone using Android 9 the app warns me it might not work and then only allows me 2 libraries 200 miles away. It worked just fine on my older phone with Android 8.
This app only gives you two library options and they are 45 to 50 miles away from my closet library.
This app mostly works fine for me. It's very useful: i can renew things on the go, look stuff up, check out ebooks, put stuff on hold when i'm not at home, etc. Everything i'd want from a library app. UPDATE: cannot login, kind of a big bug. will see whether they fix this. -2 stars
The good: I can see what's checked out, what's due/overdue, and my hold info all from my phone. Can renew items, place hold requests & see what hold items are now available for pick up. The not so awesome: Constantly having to log back in to access different features & lots of timing out/crashing. Cannot seem to view all family members' activity via the app. Sometimes you have to pick a specific item to place a hold instead of just selecting the title. Cannot pay fines. :-(
This does not work for the Timberland Library system. I cannot place holds as it just fails. I called my library help desk and they are aware of the problem. Their solution is to not use this app as it fails too often. So their web site is what I use now.

The only thing you can do is search for things. If you want to place anything on hold or view anything with your account it kicks you back to the log in screen and you get no where. So sad because the concept is pretty great. But if something doesn't work, it's junk!!
I am unable to go to any of the libraries in cowltiz county. I can't go to the longview or kelso or castle rock or kalama public library. All I get is up around seattle
On my account, whenever I want to do something, I have to log in again and again. If I go you back then I have to log in again. The things I checked, it won't show me.
This seems like a great app (ease of use, intuitive) but unfortunately does not include my local library, Fort Vancouver Regional.
Doesn't support Pierce County Library system. Of no use to me.

What happened to that app?
I got this app so that we could borrow ebooks without having to find time to go tothe library. I have tried for almost a month now to use this app and it never ever works. I called my local Library only to be told that there is no support and I probably wont be able to use it. How sad
Search, place holds, view account balance, see what's ready for pickup, when things are due/ overdue... wonderful whether you get lots books or movies, or both!
Need to add Clark County library
Confused because Camas and Vancouver are adjacent but I couldn't find any libraries in Vancouver... Bummer
Doesn't seem to include the Spokane Libraries - neither city nor county - so it is of no use to me.
Can't see how this app can call itself the Washington Library System when it doesn't support my county (Pierce). Installed it and quickly uninstalled it when I realized it was of absolutely NO use to me. What a letdown!
I like what you can do with this app, however it just has so many problems. Crashes frequently! This app has so many problems that it has become unusable it is time for it to go.
I couldn't even find the library I most often go too that's frustrating

This app did work on my last phone. That phone broke. I replaced that phone with the exact kind of phone. It wont give me a the choice of my library in Yelm. Super annoyed that its been a few months and still no change. is anyone paying attention to the comments or fixing this problem? Can't look at my library. Not letting me log in. Can't renew. Can't look anything up to put a hold on to check out. Frustrating. Was good... So what happened???
