Update: The app has actually gotten even less functional for me now. I'm presently incapacitated and can't do my own laundry, and would love to use this service, but the app just freezes every time, never even getting to the point of letting me pick a time.***I'd honestly use this service twice as much if it didn't take 5 minutes between clicking and actually advancing to what I clicked. I know I'm impatient, but that's very frustrating. Will gladly raise rating if there's a solution to this problem.
Just trying to sign up I kept getting a "bad json response" error. Really wanted to try this out too :( Edit: washio shut down. Please remove from Google play store
Could not get past the login screen. Upon entering information to sign up I received an error that said Mongo DB is unavailable. This was attempted multiple times.
I tried to sign up to the app and got a 'i/o failure' error every single time. I also tried connecting to Facebook to which the app said ' login failed'. Atleast make sure your customers go past screen 2.
Previous review: I've always enjoyed the service, but today, they even pro actively refunded $10 for running late. Love these guys. Edit (20-Aug 2016): App won't let me past the log in screen anymore. Cleared so cache, data and reinstalled; in vain. Downgrading rating. :-(
Can't set up account. Facebook won't let me log in and setting up account gives me an I/o error
Can't login, Fb Auth broken and regular doesn't work. Waste of time.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how my things were returned to me. Trust me, I did not send in a towel that was covered in a brown/yellow crust. That's a contender to throw away. But no this company folded it up (gross side on the inside fold) and slipped it between my clean shirts. WHAT THE HELL - THIS IS BEYOND FOUL. The service is also way overpriced and I will recommend people to stay away.
Sent an order in because I received a promo code. They messed up literally every item that I sent them (e.g. shirts were creased, overcharged for a dress, and another came back with spots still on it). It took almost a week and a dozen emails in order to resolve it. Definitely wouldn't use them again. App is also a miserable piece of garbage, if you can even get it to work. The prices are also very much out of line with their competitors (e.g. Rinse).
App hardly functions, and the service it self has been quite mediocre recently. Overall, prices have gone up while quality has gone down
Can't even get past the log in screen on the app. Removed app as my phone is too valuable to have doo-doo in it.
Best Customer Support experience I've ever had!
They are generally bad at being cleaners (you will have to re-iron some of your shirts) and they are now super expensive with a mandatory $6 delivery fee and $15 tip added to your bill. Just find a local cleaner
If I can give a zero, I would. They used to be good but now their service is unacceptable! I hate to complain things but when I ask for my business shirts to be launder and then I get washed and fold, I just find it that I need to find another provided. After emailing, they offered me $10 credit after they ruined two of my shirts? Unacceptable!
I used Washio pretty regularly for a while, but have gone back to doing it myself. The quality of the wash and fold continually dipped (socks stopped getting sorted), and the app never seemed to work, so I'd have to go through the website. The delivery/pickup was nearly always late, and having a minimum 48 hours wait for clean clothes at these prices is a bit ridiculous. I never had a truly bad experience, but I never had a good one either. PS, they started going cheap on the cookies.
I can get local dry cleaner to pick up and deliver for free and for rates that are 20% cheaper before you add a $6 fee. Plus you want us to tip on top of that. This model has failed :( hope you all cashed out
Using washio was so much better than making a trip to the dry cleaners. It is cheaper than my local dry cleaner too! I will definitely use this service again.

Too expensive and they also take too long now bad customer services only use when Im sick or emergency
App is okay but the service declined. I am canceling mine because they lost my laundry, never apologized, and had the nerve to charge me when the recovered part of my load. Never again.
Endless delays and late arrivals. Good idea wasted with bad execution.
I tried signing up using my Facebook but got a "login failed" error. Tried using email and creating password but always get a "your Mongo database is unavailable" error. I really would like to try out this service, seems very convenient and easy. Please fix /help. Thanks.
