Washmen - UAE's Best Laundry and Dry Cleaner

Can't get into the app, constantly asking me to update and then takes me to Google play but there is no update! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck

I use washman app since more than 1 year and I still have some difficulties using it. it is not very intuitive and it doesn't have an easy way to communicate with the company. also it would be good to have in the user's profile a record of all the previous orders with items delivered and costs for each. Finally i think the user should be able, when placing the order, to take pictures or at least list the items he is giving in the delivery bags.

My experience with Washmen was incredible! Customer service: Each interaction, either via the app or a customer service agent, was straightforward and simple. I was thoroughly amazed at how personalized, efficient and easy the process was. Pricing: Fair, affordable and clear pricing options. Quality: I was so impressed when I received an email with a photo of a hard stain and appreciated the honesty, stating that it may not be removed. Luckily they managed to get it out!

I'm very impressed with this service but am giving it a 1 star because it was a very sneaky and misleading pricing model. They'll advertise a certain price package but charge you significantly more when the bill comes, adding taxes and a "service charge". UAE tax rules stipulate that taxes must be included in the price and can't be added later. I'm surprised no one has complained yet. Also, what on earth is a service charge? Very disappointing.

The app is good but the company uses way too much plastic considering sustainability movements. We don't need to receive a set of bags each time especially when I only use one service. Try to combine more clothes into the clear plastic bag at the end to avoid over using plastic.

It is a good experience overall but at first the app is confusing to use. The clothes always gets washed on time and value is great. One thing I will complain about is that there is always an extra dollar being taken from your account whenever you make a purchase that is never returned to you. Kind of like a hidden fee. Even when you pay the AED 55 for the insta wash you actually end up paying AED 62

They might be considered as good quality, but they don't adhere to any special request, even the ones set in the app. They also have the worst customer service, I had a nightmare experience with them. Not to me mention that they don't deliver next day.

Very professional service line. The customer service is excellent and the cleaning is very finely handled. Though it is still delivered in high quality, the only thing that can be improved is the pressing service.

When they started, washmen was a perfect app. I wish i can say the same now. The last 6 months have been terrible experience with mistake after mistake and incompetence in services. I have received the wrong order, i have received ruined clothes and i have received delayed items and even had items lost forever. Its a shame as this was really good when it lasted

The reviews made the service very appealing, however, my experience wasn't as smooth as i expected it to be. Firstly, the pick up driver called me and wasn't friendly - told me to "make fast" to get the bags then called me again while i was speed packing into the bags saying that he was very busy and that he would cancel if i didn't hurry up. While the prices are great and they do a great job of doing the laundry, I found a random child's sock between my items. Everything washed separately??

Good app and service is decent but when something goes wrong with their service they act like ostriches hiding, delaying and not giving a straight answer. Lost my dry cleaning by delivering to a wrong address, close to midnight (way outside agreed delivery window). They do not follow delivery instructions.

Terrible service for an extremely high price. Do not use. They keep loosing shirts and ruining dark shirts They charge twice the price of a normal laundry which i agreed to expeting a premium service. everytime you place an order, they charge you 1$ which they claim is not deducted, but a trial, however, I've recently looked at my statement and they do take it. Customer service people is not bothered to answer for missing shirts except after seeveral follow ups.

If you're a busy person and looking convenience I highly recommend this app. Its user friendly and easy to use My clothes smells fresh and is always folded neatly. Their customer service were very helpful too.I dont have to go out the house to some local laundry shop they will pick up and drop your clothes easy breezy. Keep it up. Kudos to your team.

Be aware the app serves no purpose as none of the features work. I use it to speak to customer services who then place order for me. Extremely time consuming. But once it works it works,but again not efficient at all!!!

I have a high standard for dry cleaners in the uae as so many have ruined my clothes or caused some form of damage. This is my first try for the company and they are impeccable. Clear communication, on time pick up and deliveries and photographic proof of the garnets in app by their team. Absolutely fantastic!

A bunch of idiots. They ruined most of my clothes from the first (and last) time I dealt with them, and charged me twice the regular charge for a 48 hours service. They can not follow specific simple written instructions and communication with them is a bloody nightmare, things are just so complicated. I wish I can go back in time to make sure I never speak to them. And what makes it even worse, is that you are stuck with the same idiots to get your refund and rectify all the errors ahhhhhhh

The app is very user friendly, and the customer service staff are very helpful. however, other than delivering my clothes to another location (wrong house) without being informed, my blanket wasn't clean when I received it back. still requires some work for this company to be reliable.

Used to be the undisputed #1 laundry service. However, I'm really disappointed with the service in the last couple of months. Prices have gone up yet the quality has suffered. Pick up and delivery times are often not met (without explanation or prior notice), and wash and fold service leaves my t-shirts badly wrinkled. Their cleaning and customer service remain top notch, but that won't be enough to save them from losing me (and I suspect others) as a customer if they don't up their game soon

Serivdr is getting worse with time. Things are missing sometimes, and the driver doesnt come during the allocated time. Sometimes shows up earlier without informing you or is late. I'm done using it.

The customer experience is great. Have only used it once but no complaints at all. Timely pickup and delivery, very friendly staff. No complaints so far.

Pricing isn't as competitive.. used to be decent but there's definately a choice. As for loyalty seems they didn't really value my patronage even though I used them to frequently.... so if a frequent patron suddenly drops off the radar, I think you'd Wana reach out as a business.... sadly it's my imagination... So onwards and upwards I guess.

Unable to update

Washmen offers great service, however their app is TERRIBLE. Crashes regularly. Buttons hidden by popups. Not intuitive throughout. I could go on...

This service is excellent. Both for holiday makers wanting a fast professional service and people living here. The guys picked my laundry up at the hotel and dropped it back to the concierge so no need for me to be there. Clothes were nicely washed and folded as that is the service that I requested. They offer many services

When of the best laundry services in the area, I tried different companies but Washmen is the one I liked, the best thing about them is the app it had everything you need with the option you want your clothes to be washed or ironed plus it has very easy interface and one click away from your order

Loved the experience! The app is pleasant to use and the colour scheme is amazing! The driver even went the extra mile to drop it at a different location than where I said in the app because I moved last minute. I can't wait for my next batch for freshly laundered laundry! ♥️

Awesome service and awesome customer service! App is very helpful. One little thing, I wish I can schedule pick ups a few days ahead instead of just the next day.

Great service, WAY too much plastic. Every piece can back in a separate plastic cover. Be more sustainable and I'll consider using your service again sometime. We can do better for our planet than all your unnecessary plastic bags.
