Watch Active Plugin

It keeps crashing. I have tried restarting the watch and phone, repairing, resetting the watch and reinstalling the app and plugin... It still will not update and I will get pop-ups every 30 sec to say it failed to update... My watch is bearly a year old and now it's basically unusable

The app has stopped working on my Huawei P30 Pro. The app opens and I can find my watch on it, but it won't connect to the watch or do anything at all. My smart watch is now just an ordinary watch. Very disappointed.

Was working more or less ok for past 18 months since I've had Active Watch with occasional unexplained disconnection. Now won't connect at all unless reset and then disconnects again after a few minutes.

This is not real. Everytime I try to set up my watch, galaxy wearable app keeps disabling this app and I cannot do anything. FIX IT

Really good app....but i'm afraid it doesn't have much options for watch background..... I want a picture slide show from my galary as the watch face....but it doesn't have that option....overall it is a really good app.

I'd like it more if it were like other watch apps where you could see stats on the app like sleep, steps, etc

This app was not very useful when I had my SmartWatch so I can't really give you a good or bad review so to speak.

Connection never lasts. Not syncing. Very frustrating

The permissions for this plug-in are causing the wifi on my Pixel 6 to intermittently turn off (have to manually turn phone WiFi on again). If I block the app permissions it resolves the issue, but then I can't sync the watch. Have tried uninstalling/installing the plugin/app and even a complete phone and watch factory reset, but the same issue occurs as soon as I provide this plug-in permissions to my phone. Extremely annoying issue. Other than the issue, the watch performs well.

This newer versions of the plug-in turn my phone in my own portable oven, with huge battery drain and heat generation, rolling back to last year's September update fixes it, but I lose the consistency of the watch syncing with my phone. Completely disgusting behavior on Samsung's part, a billions of dollars company, selling high-end top gadgets for a premium price with no regards to user experience

This app seems to just not work. It started repeatedly crashing, presumably after an update, and will not stop crashing no matter what. I have tried clearing the cache, data, and uninstalling all 3 of the apps (Galaxy Wearable, Samsung Accessory Service, and this app) with no avail. This bug is currently preventing the watch from connecting to a phone, rendering it unusable. Please fix this bug, as I cannot even setup the watch anymore.

I do not like this app because it does not connect to my phone and we the new update is not that good

What should i say? The incompatibility with the newest Android version perhaps. On May 2020 i got a Android 10 installed and i got the issue after, no longer able to control music from my watch, it still able to detect phone plays music but unable to show any data yet control anything. It still works on older device running Android below 10, so i assume this is incompatibility issue. Gotta sent to service center, they did fix, but not for newer Android version. You gotta fix this up!

Doesn't auto connect to watches. Especially painful when there's more than one Samsung watch to connect to. Always needs a nudge

Was working well, and I would've rated 4 maybe 5 but it's been stuck on telling me it needs an update for the last month, which is stopping my watch from syncing easily. When I click update it just shuts the app down 🤷‍♀️ Starting to wish I hadn't wasted my money on a samsung galaxy watch and had gone with my gut feeling and got a Garmin instead. Will definetly be upgrading if this isn't fixed soon

Been draining my phone battery excessively for the last few months, even after turning off notifications.

This app use to work perfectly fine with my Motorola phone with the exception that it would disconnect constantly if I got too far from phone. Now it doesn't work at all. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see if I would fix the problem but no luck. It started with connectivity issues to my Samsung account. Now I can't connect my watch

Keeps telling me to update when the update has already been installed. It's constantly notifying me that it is disconnected and then won't connect when requested. Nothing is syncing to the Samsung Health app.

Works in the background, in conjunction with Galaxy Wear, enabling a Samsung watch to work with another brand of phone. I did not ever notice it at all. It is likely this suite will increase battery usage, but I expected this, and it has not been a problem on my OPPO phone which has excellent battery life.

I have done the update and installed and every time I try to open my watch app it tells me I have to update it. I can't access my watch or get notifications. I've tried to uninstall and the same thing keeps happening.

I am having the same problem as many others I see. It was great until a recent update now it's not connecting to the watch. What can be done about this?

The watch is great this app was great until the recent "update" that now wont let me into my app. It just keeps sayong update after i already did that. So i deleted the app and reinstalled. Now my watch cant connect and i cant use the different features. It really needs fixed soon because i got new products that need this app for full potential.

Recently watches started to disconnect every 30 minutes. Don't know the reason. Galaxy Wearable doesn't start after update 10 Jan 2020. This says a lot about quality of software written in Samsung. Fix this error. Update: okay, it started after hanging for 5 minutes. Lol.

Was fine when I first got the watch, installed new updates and now keeps giving a notification saying it can't connect with the watch and can't receive notifications even though all notifications are on for the plug in. I don't want to go through the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling everything, it'll be a farse.

Thanks to the recent update, now I can't connect my watch to my phone anymore. The galaxy wearable app keeps loading but it doesn't run the app anymore. What the hell were you thinking, Samsung? Edit: Okay after it loads for a while the apps finally runs and I was able to connect to my watch. Rating updated.

The latest update is horrendous. My watch keeps disconnecting from the phone and now it has completely crashed and all I have is a watch that has a black screen saying Pairing for the past day and a half. Waste of time. I can't use the watch even to tell the time!!!

With the new update, the Plugin keeps stopping. It won't even go two minutes without sending an app fail message. I love this watch more than my last, so please please fix it! I've only had it since Christmas. 😡

Terrible. Installed it and it says could not connect with my Galaxy Watch (46mm). It says it could not get notifications although it was on. Uninstalled Galaxy Watch Plugin and Galaxy Wearable and am starting all over. Not installing Watch Active Plugin this time. What a mess. Watch reloaded and trying to pair again. It is confusing to understand how all these apps interact and what each is supposed to do.
