Watch Active2 Plugin

The watch is great, i really mean it. But i had an issue awhile back. So basicly, it developed something called a Phantom Touch, where it taps stuff on the screen by itself. I left it in a box, and i meant to go get it returned for the warrenty. But we moved houses, and it got lost for a month or so. When found, i tried it on for fun, and it worked like a charm. Super duper weird. The software is AWESOME and super easy to customize. Overall, its a fantastic watch

When I paid $250 for my watch 3 1/2 yrs ago, I bought it for the in depth sleep analysis (which it no longer does) - and the cardiac analysis (which it does less now - gives a basic pulse and nothing more- not even the history that it once did) - had I known that the watch wouldn't provide any of the services I purchased it for, obviously I never would have purchased it. This is a huge disappointment.

Again, after it was working for a while, since this update connection mobile phone watch does not work anymore. Connection was possible before this update. All other bluetooth devices are running without any problems.

Connect dropouts and malfunctioning is increasingly common. I don't think connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Android, Wi-Fi) will ever be solved. It may just be an resistance on both end, Android or Google's and Samsung. Maybe Google is biding time while making a new watch or just over it. And Samsung has a solid watch and app system here, so they kinda don't need to bother. Or, it's unresolvable. If you still have time to return one of two, do so and get a new phone or watch depending on pref

I truly love this watch it is great for me and I have absolutely no complaints if you don't have a Galaxy wearable 2 you need to get one believe me or whatever is the newest which I plan on getting sued

Are you kidding me???? I can't even remember the last time I could use the app, it keeps saying to update and there is no new update. I even uninstalled and install it again and it still keeps telling to update. And I can't pair it with my phone, So what's the point of having the watch if I can't access my data?? Fiiiiiiiiixxxx it. Just allow using the app even without the new update.. I reinstalled the app 3 times and no luck, can anyone actually use the app??

Such a difficult and.convulted app- I have been locked out of my account for 8 months since I moved abroad and can't receive texts (2 factor authentication) on my old number. After endless phone calls and password resets, I still cannot access my account or switch my watch to a new phone. BEYOND FRUSTRATING

Won't connect, and NOTHING works! Having all kinds of issues! My watch won't connect and constantly says I need to update, which I CAN'T because there IS NO UPDATE. I am SO frustrated with this right now. I've tried all of the fixes that the Galaxy wearable app recommended, and NOTHING is working.

The older Samsung watches were nice. Free watch faces were available. The new Samsung watches are a mistake. The face is too difficult to change, not many free faces are offered. I will be going to an I-watch.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch app available at the app store is called "wear". Once I found it, there were many many smartwatch options available. Mine takes blood pressure during workout and figures a good tip amount. Other features available! Feels a bit like a rental.

Crashing all the time on Pixel 6 Pro. Versions seem correct on watch and phone apps. It disconnects and reconnects frequently during the day which is annoying. Still issues after January Android 12 update.

Too many updates, watch disconnects all the time because of all the continued "minor bug fixes" super annoying, at least have a scheduled like big bug update or something, wouldn't matter if the auto update worked like it was supposed to.

I like my watch but I wished they wouldnt of change the sleep chart where it tells you your level of sleep like a chart with rem. That is why I purched it. If there is a way I can get it back please let me know. Thanks!

As for my watch itself I love it. Only downfall it has is that it keeps changing face colors which is kind of annoying. And the battery life is to short. As for the app on my phone I think it's very helpful. Only downfall I have with that is that I'm not able to scan to add my food. Outside of those two issues I think this is the best one I've had so far

My watch keeps saying I'm sleeping when I'm not, it also shows a motionless sleep when I'm not even wearing it which is messing up my sleep data. Having the ability to edit would be fantastic. You would think that if it shows you awake, especially for a longer period, that it would make it a different cycle (which you can delete). Everything else works well. Battery life could be better, and I keep getting active wallpaper/watch faces even though I have deleted them. It's been interesting

The Bluetooth connection is not working properly, specially when the phone is close to the watch, which is weird. Its often "reconnecting". Also, when I want to connect them, I turn on the Bluetooth, but it won't connect automatically, I have to go to Galaxy Wearable, and click Connect. Don't know if that's normal. And, why do I need 3 apps, that's just complicated. I'm using Huawei P30lite. I was searching for the best smartwatch, but I'm doe's far disappointed. Hoping for a better update.

I love this watch its really convenient, when it wants to work, it constantly disconnects from my phone it's literally a few minutes connected then it disconnects, it's usually like this through out the whole day. For someone reason it also disconnects from the intert at home and at work so I'm unable to use the speech to text function which is one of the main reasons I purchased it. It would be a great watch if it just stayed linked to my phone.

why it ask to login every time the watch reconnects! its frustrating enough to throw this watch away!

Needs to login every time i open the app.. Watch keeps on disconnecting. Whats the point of this app.

At least once an hour this app will force itself open and present me with a "failed to copy update to watch. Try again?" message. I have to wait at least 30 seconds before hitting cancel and closing the app, otherwise it will open itself again over and over until I wait it out. When I finally get an update installed, the issue starts occurring again a few days later on the next update. Please don't force apps to the foreground. This is terrible UX and I have lost work due to this.

I was super excited to upgrade my watch to the Active2. I also switched from a Galaxy phn to the LG v60. First 2 days, watch worked great. Now i can no longer receive text messages. Tried every setting there is. I receive a text message alert on my watch, just can't view the actual text. I expected better from Samsung. Highly disappointed. May have to return before my 2 weeks are up.

Updated but still won't function. When the earbuds work it's great, but these glitches are happening more and more.

Will not open in my Pixel 5 phone. At the end of the install process my only option is to Uninstall; there is no Open button to click. A genuine time waster.

It's good for default settings and watch faces, but depending on what country you are in the app store will be very limited. I bought this mainly so I could use the standalone Spotify, but couldn't install it unless I reset the watch and deleted all the cache and data of the app and then used a vpn, even though Spotify is supported in my country. And a lot of other often used apps are also not available.

Connection drops since last update (Dec 2021). Phone is clearly still connected over Bluetooth but somehow plugin or Wearable app drops the connection. I have followed all suggestions (removing cache, reinstall, even setup as new phone and creating a new second Samsung account). Only a full restart of watch AND phone ensures a reconnection. This really is useless as notifications on calls and messages get missed and really makes the Watch Active2 not a smart watch at all. Please fix asap.

My watch disconnect all the time when I lock my phone or open a different application. I really appreciate it if you do something about it.

Why does it not work like it use to. I don't get texts or calls anymore. Can't look things up, always disconnects and wants me to update! Please fix this app...to do what it suppose to do!
