The Android version is not working properly. It will not scan and find channels. The iOS version is a little buggy, but does work. I was able to scan my local channels and save for the Roku WatchAirTV app. What a nightmare. Until I tried the iOS version, I thought that the antenna was broken. Thankfully, I won't have to scan for awhile. The online support info / diagnostic should be updated. It kept pointing to bad antenna. It really buggy software.
Just to add to the pile... It was always a pretty bad device with intermittent connectivity and you could only select shows from a really inaccurate schedule and channel list, you couldnt just scroll channels. Now, I guess its just done. Attempted watching something that was gonna be on NBC and the app wont launch or connect, tried multiple devices.
I followed all the steps to a t, downloaded the latest firmware and installed it which was a pain because you gotta swap it onto a micro SD card to install it and there is no visual screen display to tell you if It successfully completes. Bottom line it still won't scan for channels and I have a verified functional rooftop antenna. It doesn't work at least on Android, don't buy it. I wasted hours connecting It which is very confusing.
I tried the antenna again after almost a year in storage to see if there was an update and improvements. Unfortunately the antenna is 100% useless. I tried the app on my phone and tablet and on both there is no programming/schedule. Without that it can't be used. So I wasted my money on this antenna.
App and antenna no longer supported anymore. Antenna is only good as a paper weight now. After about a year in storage, I tried to use this antenna but couldn't get the antenna working properly again. It appears that the company has decided to leave us behind with a useless product. needed a new update about three months ago. app still doesn't work. UPDATE: app now works again after Android update. I love the antenna and the Roku app, but Android reliability remains an issue.
Not working, there isn't a way to change password. Their website has a lot of error codes like their coding on certain things are not correct. The capatcha has a code error so there is no way to submit anything for customer support either.
Once you figure out the set-up installation, it works very good. Needs a channel grid for Roku, there is one for phones and tablets.
Could not complete install properly. Connected to network for 5 minutes then stopped generating SSID. Not worth the time spent so far. Good idea, but didn't do it for me. I would not recommend this product.
Mobile app will not advance after connecting to W/A network. Great idea, poor implementation. Useless waste of money.
I just downloaded this app and it wants me to register but the registration page seems broken. So I can't check it out.
IOS app works great, this version will not connect to antenna..

Fussy and flaky whole unit is garbage AVOID!
The app is completely broken. Doesn't allow me to log in because it can't find my watchair on the network. I can't even troubleshoot or reset the watchair to be able to fix this issue because I have to be logged in to do that.
Uhh...app going to open or work? Hasn't for a month now...
The antenna itself works great. I bought this for my mom, since she gets horrible reception in her dining room with a regular antenna. The setup with the app is a bit cumbersome, but once setup up it works decent. My biggest gripe is on Android TV. In order to bring up the program guide, you have to be watching a channel. I would prefer a quick access from the main page. This would not be an issue if they offered live channels app support. You have to bring up the program guide in order to change channels. Sometimes flipping from one channel to another you get an error stating another device is attempting to use the antenna. The latest issue now is that on Android TV the app logged off the account on its own. Trying to log back in and I keeping getting a "please use a valid email error". The Android TV app is now useless. I have contacted them about this and I am waiting for a response.
On IOS this app is great but on Android (phone/TV).... its useless. Still needs a lot of work. What is weird is that I have more channels showing on IOS than Android for the same antenna
After 2 plus years they still have a sub par app and have failed to deliver on some key promised features. Still no smart TV app.
I was one of the early testersof the device and I told recently I had boxed it up. Now, I have removed some very large obstructive trees and wanted to test it out again. Now I cannot get my phone to find the Antenna wifi signal to connect it. Without this function the device is basically just a paper weight. If you can explain and fix my issue, I will be as positive as I have always been about your product. This device when working properly allows for easy access to you local OTA channels.
