Watch assistant - WiiWatch

Doesn't work. Connected once, after a long time of trying but even then didn't do anything more than show heart rate for a few mins. Then disconnects and I have interruption messages telling me it needs to stay running when it is the app that won't. It is not just not working but affecting use of every other app with the constant messages. Incredibly disappointed but expect no response or improvement if the other reviews are anything to go by. Makes a good watch, a bad buy. Grrrrr

Update: In the end the app does work - If your smartphone runs Android 7 or lower - This is why I raised the review to 2 stars. So unless there is an update, forget about using this on your modern phones. Also, beware when using the app to link your smartphone and smartwatch, as your car's pairing with your smartphone will no longer work properly. Finally, the app is very limited, and in my opinion, not worth the hassle it causes.

App keeps closing on Android 9. Connects phone to watch for one second and immediately disconnects. Tried everything but no solution to the problem! :-( I have just tried the same app on my wife's phone Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 7 and connection to the KW88 was successful without any problems. It is now clear that Wiiwatch app doesn't work on phones with Android 9!!!

Software is not compatible with the Huawei Mate 20 pro. Can't install software, it won't pair through the app with the phone. The watch has the latest firmware. I am able to connect through normal Bluetooth only. Very disappointed that this and the new app can not connect. Hope to see an update soon

What can I say, its pointless having a smart watch, when you have to use an app that does not connect with the watch. it's appalling that the developer does not care enough to resolve this. The majority of the reviews are poor whilst I appreciate that you cannot please everyone it would suggest that the consensus is the app is useless.

I am using this app to connet Zeblade Thor Pro. Used to work ok before 10May19 update. But now my watch cannot keep connected to my Nokia 8 on android 9 which is extremely annoying as the watch keeps vibrating every 5 - 10 min and eventually completely disconnected from phone. I cannot get any notifications, cannot control music and cannot use bt calling. What is the point of using smartwatch which cannot use these functions? Now it became STUPID WATCH because of wiiwatch app. Please fix it.

Wow, what a load of....disconnects from phone continuously, or just won't connect. The developer has had so much complaints about this issue over the years, yet has not bothered to fix the problem. Now stuck with a costly watch with the only app available for this watch to use. Be aware people this app does not work properly.

Please... Could someone go through this app & fix it. I've got a $150 watch I can't use because this app disconnects from the watch after a few minutes. And will not reconnect unless I restart both my phone & the watch at the same time. Then go in & out of the device management tab multiple times. Eventually it will connect again. Says connection error a lot. Deleted & redownloaded the app & same thing. Wish another app would work with my watch. It's a model D-99 Android SmartWatch. PleaseFixIt.

one star is too many! app crashes and doesn't connect to the watch. makes my phone run hot and I get alerts to kill the app due to battery drain issues. completely useless app. app needs to be reprogrammed by a PROGRAMMER

Same issue than everyone else. App connected phone and "smart"watch for few minutes on the first try, and then disconnected and doesn't connect anymore. No other way to use the watch.

Just the same as everyone else the app keeps crashing when trying to connect. Makes the watch useless. Very unimpressed and will return the watch for refund due to this issue. Worst app ive ever used

Diabolical it keeps disconnecting all the time not the phone or the watch it's the app seriously why can't it be fixed? Would be good app if updated very limited not reliable in the slightest waste of time getting the watch because this is the oy app that supports the watch!!! I would love the developer to respond even attempt to fix it should be pulled from app store I know its free but come on is prepare to pay for this app if it 100 percent works I could do i better job and I will look out!

hello, is this app still being maintained? there has been no update like in a century; map is not working --while the rest of the features are of no good use. if this app is well-maintained, i'm pretty sure many non-mainstream smart-watch users will use it heavily.

What a huge let down! The Lemfo Lem4 Pro is an attractive watch and I really love using it till WiiWatch installed on my phone. Battery start draining faster than you say the smartwatch phone name out loud!! Totally fed-up with this application, I have switched to Watch Droid after googling and found out is was only slightly better than WiiWatch. Start using Watch Droid for three months till I decided to turn the smart watch to what it was meant to be ...ANOTHER ANDROID PHONE minus the watch faces that come with the watch. Now my Lemfo Lem4 Pro is another Android phone on my wrist however with a BETTER laucher than the stock one. What puzzled me is that Lemfo Lem4 Pro just does not bother to come up with a better solution for this software. I had promised myself to get another Lemfo smartwatch but it was shelved and Lemfo Lem4 Pro will be my last Lemfo product that I will purchased! PERIOD.

terrible connection. Always restart this app while I am trying to connect from samsung note 8. Developer needed to hard work to fix the bug else I can help you out.

Useless app. Had trouble connecting to my zeblaze thor pro. Connecting it took hella lot time, and lo and behold, 4 seconds later it disconnected on it's own. Useless.

thank you for fixing the app keeps crashing issue with the update on 5/9/19. it is now connecting to the device. it took a long time to resolve but you fixed it.

does not work.period. nothing comes up. annoying. phone data on watch does not work. only calls out bound and in. text. nothing else unless wifi connect

frustrating!! no matter how many times you try, can't connect. kw 99 have a binding to connect with this app but no other third app. should improve this app or allow third party apps.

This app works with my $50 Lg boost phone, but won't even open with my Samsung galaxy note 8 phone through Verizon. Check your phones. I think some phones block this app. I gave it a 3 because i havent fully experiment the app yet

my friend purchased the wii watch kw99 yesterday . the application DOES NOT WORK ON Samsung S8 smartphone .😡 it keeps crashing when try connecting to the phone . note that it work perfectly on phone with android 8 . please developer solve this issue because the watch is useless and purchased online .

Worst app. No updates. Does not even find the watch, does not even connect to watch. No other features available.

It doesn't work with my newly bought LEMFO LEM4 PRO. Why do watch manufacturers recommend software that doesn't work, to use with their watches, which you only find out after spending a lot of money on their products.

To the developers of this app, please update it for the latest android sotfware (Android Pie). I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+, I bought a 100$ watch using your app and I can't use it. It keeps stopping while synchronizing.

Useless, rarely finds watch & if it does it doesn't do anything, no message pushing, nothing. Try 'watch droid assistant' brilliant.

****Update***** I found a APX for version 1.59 and installed it now everything is working as it should. After update, the app force close all the time and will not connect 😠

Simply doesn't pair. And this is the recommended app for my KW88. How can you sustain the sales of a device if the main tool to connect to your phone doesn't work at all???
