WatchAwear - Companion for WatchMaker Premium

I'm a regular user of WatchMaker and this companion app is an excellent addition to the experience. There's a huge selection of watch face parts for download, which is a major plus for someone like me who creates watch faces exclusively using the WatchMaker mobile app. I don't know where to start when it comes to graphics programmes, so the hands in particular transform the look and give a professional finish. Finally, a special thanks to the dev, who is very approachable and helpful.

I have deleted my original review as I realised it was unfair. I was having problems finding the downloads from the site. The developer got back to me in less than 24hrs. He pointed me in the right direction to find the downloaded files. They are still not straight forward to find but credit where it is due for the prompt reply. I'm sure I used to have a dedicated WatchAwear folder where the downloads went? I have used this app for years in conjuction with WatchMaker and found it really useful.

Big fan, Ive been using it for months. not only have i found a bunch of tutorials/templates to aid my own designs but i also found so many cool faces in the library after combing through it a dozen times. 1of those faces is the live baseball scoring face. I use it everyday in season. I want to find the hockey & football ones. They appear many times in the library but when you click them it takes you to different watches. Of the dozens ive downloaded these r the only 1s w issues. Can u help?

Been using the app for several months and loved it but with some issues. I had originally installed Watchmaker from Google Play but upgraded to Watchmaker premium on the Galaxy store. Every time I installed a watch face I had to open the non-premium version first before it would show up on the premium version to set on the watch. Now I've upgraded my from an older version of the note to the latest one and somehow cannot get the WatchAwear to work AT ALL. It will say the watch face is installed but it does not show up in Watchmaker anywhere. I even uninstalled everything and re-purchased Premium Watchmaker on Google Play. I think the problem is somewhere in the handoff to watchmaker at the point it requests "Install Watch to" with choices for either Watchmaker Watch Face or Live Wallpaper. Not sure though. It's like it's not really communicating with Watchmaker though it thinks it is, saying that the selected watch face is installed when it is not. Very disappointing. This was an app that I had used extensively and had recommended to many people and on forums as well. Now I cannot recommend it. I don't know what's going on with it. In the end fooling around with it has caused me to lose all my watch faces, probably for good.

Had a bug, I contacted the developer and they responded within hours to apologize and explain they are aware and are working on it. I appreciate service like this. Instead of leaving me in the dark, they took the time to let me know what was going on. So instead of getting mad and leaving a less than stellar review, I am happy for all the years it worked great and the explanation of what is going on. Hopefully they get it fixed and everything works out for them! Good Luck & Thanks

This app is a great addition to watchmaker. It suffers from a few things, like some watch faces simply would not install and others said they were installed even though I never did, which then blocks me from installing them but I have found a TON of beautiful watch faces on here (must have watchmaker premium) and there are a lot of additional assets. The one suggestion I would make is to require users to upload an image with their watch face, I found a lot that had no image and that seems silly.

This app is currently not working due to a website outage from a server attack. The server and website are being rebuilt by the developer but the process takes time and is not finished yet. Progress updates can hopefully be found on WatchAwear's MeWe or here as time allows. I'm sure the dev would appreciate our patience. Thank you.

Beautiful watch faces. Such a shame that the app won't let me reset my password on my new Galaxy S22 Ultra phone. All I get is that it will send me a link by email to reset my password, but the link never comes.

Does not work.purchases watch maker premium also due to the commentary requiring premium version. App prompts to open download in watch maker but nothing loads or downloads. Both apps have permissions. Any one else having issue with faces and hands? Have made accounts on both apps

So I have Watchmaker Premium. but I can't login to WatchAwear. I am really eager to see the new features in this companion ap. If you could help me out soon, that would be great. Update: Helped me out immediately. Great service and a great application.

Great addition to Watchmaker. Lots of great parts, pieces and full faces. Mr Zahn is amazingly responsive and very quick to fix problems. I figure he must not need sleep, has clones or maybe both. Great app, great dev.

The app will not let me log back in. Tried and tried. I really loved this app too. I accidentally got signed out and have never been able to get back in.

Cannot login to the app. Contacted dev and they acknowledged the issue, but then ghosted. I'll be happy to change the review of they are able to help. UPDATE: They responded quickly and updated the app. Login successful. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Used to be fantastic but now doesn't work at all after a "server update" notice on the app... No point installing this unfortunately.

It's OK. Found some great free fades. But cannot figure out how to get their watch parts into Watchmaker. I must be missing something. Help files and still waiting for content.

I have the paid Watchmaker Premium and the paid Watchmaker Companion. Loved them both until I had to send my Galaxy watch to Samsung for warranty repair. Now I can log into Watchmaker but I cannot login to Watchmaker Companion. Update: I found the problem. It's a region lock thing with the Samsung Wear app store. Updating review to 5-star.

I cannot install any watch faces from this app. I press open on WatchMaker after pressing install, it brings me to WatchMaker app but nothing happens after that.

The same as Brent said, login not possible anymore. Opened a new account, also not working. Or am I blocked?? Frustrating!!

The app was perfectly fine until I didn't use it for a week or so, now when I try to log in it just keeps refreshing and there's no option to reset my password.

How in the heck do you get this damn thing to work? Paid for the premium but keeps telling me to install the companion app on my watch....guess what? THERE IS NOTHING THAT SAYS INSTALL ON WATCH!!!! It's just an endless circle of emptiness.

This is so good! So many great watch faces for my new Wear OS Gen 5 watch. Keep up the good work please!!! Please upload more watch faces forever! I love it! Essential app for all Wear OS users. 10/10!!

If you build your own watchface or need new faces then you need this app. The developer responds promptly if you have problems so I'm not sure what the low ratings are about.

Whenever I try to login, it says login failed. I know I'm using the right email and password because I logged out and back in to watchmaker with the same ones

I have been trying to get the premium faces for free, as it says the premium faces are free if I purchased the Premium ' watchmaker premium ' Now I find watchmaker no longer exists and no longer on the app store. But they changed the name to watch face - WatchMaker Premium. So the WatchMaker Premium I purchased on 20 December 2017 cannot be used on the WatchAwear app. Free premium on WatchAwear are only available to purchasers who paid £5.99 on there new app watch face - WatchMaker.

No longer works correctly. After downloading a watchface, it won't open the appropriate app.

I see that many has problem.I had non.Installed companion to transfer to the watch.And watchmaker.Then turned on bluetooth.Found my Samsung S3 watch. Restartet watch and tab.(Always do that,might not need that) Then had bluetooth on when i startet again.start watchmaker.And i make now my own watchfaces too.And mine is cool.And brandname watch that i make.Tip go pinterest and search watchface.Use picture from there.

After recent developer fixes I upgraded to 5 stars. Love the layout and extra tools to help make watches of your own.

There are no watch faces showing. All searches are blank. Used to work fine.
