No customer service what so ever. BEWARE IF YOU ARE NEW JUST LEAVE IT. Totally unreliable alarm never goes off even in guard mode. Made calls but everyone is stalling. BE CAUTUOUS DON'T FALL IN TRAP..!!!!!! YOU WILL BE LEFT STRANDED WITHOUT SUPPORT

App is good but needs more improvement in system and reception of commands.it dose not update commands properly and majorly does not immobilize your car many times. Note: there should be separate update about commands if it is sent from mobile and if the car received it or not..like WhatsApp !
