How about giving me a few seconds to actually hit the approve button on my phone before the desktop app times out??? And how about stopping the multiple notifications for me to approve whole you're at it. Sometimes I get more annoying notifications from this app than spam calls!
I find that sometimes the push notification is slow to come through. Aside from that, it's intuitive and stable.
Can manage tokens for third-party software and the QR code reader makes it easier to import tokens. It is also one of the few token apps that allows you to migrate tokens to a new phone. Far better than token apps from Google or Microsoft. For anyone experiencing slow Push notifications, those are handled by Google/Apple, but they can be delayed due to poor signal or data rates, it's unrelated to this app
As MFA apps go, this is one of the easier to use. The QR and code functions work really well, but it's the push authorisation which works particularly well.
QR code reader does not work for my android phone, and the troubleshoot instructions provide information that does not correspond to the app. I wasted a full day with this junk!!

Incredibly easy to use, the QR functionality offers a fantastic level of security.
You can use this FREE application to manage third party tokens from social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and even AWS, TeamViewer, Google, etc. too. This is one, if not the only, token manager/application that allows you to protect your tokens with additional biometrics, from inside the application. WatchGuard has made MFA so easy to use and manageable from your smartphone.

Great app for multi factor authentication, allows push and QR code, usage of PIN and biometrics. Also we can use it for other applications that supports OTP, like facebook, Dropbox, etc, being one place for all your authentications.
User friendly, secure, and easy for all our employees to use. We are so happy about using AuthPoint and can be much more confident about our security. Deployment was surprisingly quick and simple. I would highly recommend this app to any firm and believe it is the best MFA solution out there. It works great!
Amazing Multi factor authentication by WatchGuard app
Used to work. Now I just get an error when I scan the QR code. Push doesn't push anything now. Locked out of all our Watchguard accounts now as there is no alternative. Even the support portal requires 2FA. Time to migrate.
